Disappointing to see the ASX take this down; I guess the expectation was much higher and the DT's have exited. Still it gives a a nice opportunity to top up this morning.
DYOR, naturally.
Break through 3.2 and we are off ,gla........
Well spotted @ShowMe
Showme ,thanks for the news nice little sunday night treat ,might get on the radar of the herd now ,gla sector ......
Surely boom time now :)
Thanks TreKMadone for making time, with your reply ,on views, with detailed experience i see.
i will ,monitor your recommendations and views. i get good vibes from CCZ, it is going places. one good thing is Australia a good' geographically good place' .compared to likes of Kaz, good prospects ,but wrong part of the world with oligarchs says it all.
What's the difference you think TreKMadone , with this company, and Cobra, Cobra is meant to be 5/5 out of the minnows . this company is not ,i think this company will shine at breaking even at the worst. the board on Cobra seems to be convincing themselves on par. what do you think invested in the two of them.
TrekMadone -good on you, it is a good gamble ,.worst comes, you get your money back at least.
would be more simpler ,just to sell like to BHP.
@trek I'm with you there need to JV assets once proven up to sufficient level to attract a partner at a reasonable % Earn-In so CCZ avoid CAPEX and OPEX charges upto DFS where it can be used as an asset to raise debt if needed and/or JV partner becomes Operator and CCZ use income stream to fund other asset development from cashflows rather than placings.
Mid-tier producer implies multiple assets in production so cash has to come from somewhere ... cash sources are:
(1) Shareholders via Placings ... great for early stage explorers but not a good long term strategy
(2) IPO onto new Xchange and capital raise ... done that on ASX and recently AIM ... early>mid stage explorers
(3) Carve out one or more projects and bring in JV partner to fund to DFS for % share in asset ... mid stage explorer/developer
(4) Raise debt vs. JORC compliant asset in market ... late stage developer going into production or extending existing mine
JVs are great if executed well and deal is equitable, but gets 'expensive' to owner if asset less developed so Earn-In partner takes higher % to reflect more risk
APR
Yeh I agree I think rob Scott has all the connections and prob is there to make those potential jvs as smooth as possible. The impression is that Arya is their main focus and the big one is just to get the ball rolling - 2 weeks Monday since the last news so I’m hoping for some updates early next week. Cheers Mate
NP, but remember BHA will more likely JV soon. The upside here is way to much for CCZ to go alone...
> With a significant pipeline of exploration targets across the tenement package, BHA is seeking strategic development partners to advance the project.

This one is so under the radar. A JV would light it right up but is dependent on the proving up of the big one. Assay results anytime soon and still 28 more drills.
The drill should push the sp well north of here. CCZ then have options. They can now raise an extra 10%, sell the big one cashed up for Arya or JV.
I reckon they JV a huge % of the big one and let the partner develop it. Just take some cash and a % royalty retainer.
But whatever, you can see lots of options all could be worth well north of £27m mcap.
Usual caveats
Trek
Ok so they have voted on the option to do a placing in the future - which we already knew - ok thanks trek
‘3: Approval of Additional 10% Placement Facility’
It’s a facility, not a placing. For sure there will be a placing. Probably after results. It’s how the company will develop. If you find more you need more to develop it.
Trek
Any of you guys read the results of the meeting - can anyone explain the 10% placing vote to me ? I thought that may be bad news but asx was up 6% after it was released. They have also voted on shares instead of wages - what are your thoughts ?
Spread isn't as bad as it looks on LSE. Buy is 2.776p. Sell is 2.555p. I agree that sub 3p will be gone before Xmas. Good luck
I added 150k, 2.74. Just had some funds from a sell elsewhere. Spread is awful! But SP ticked up after one buy! I just think sub 3p will time out soon.
Trek
Does anyone one know share price area of growth will be ,on good news regarding ,on different mines.
Certainly feels like a lot of waiting around in this one but keep the faith - no one seems aware of us!! Hopefully news is very close
I was trying to be ironic and failed, so not a problem.
However some CCZ news flow would be very welcome
No offence meant by the way APR. Copper price at highs, SP well below 3p, no volume, no interest "I cant believe it". Twitter may have to come to the rescue soon.
