And of course if BRH had faith in the product they'd have pumped in some of the money they made from selling their shares in RMS (or never sold in the first place)!
Sorry tucky I did not intend that to be a negative, what I am saying is if the mask is truly great and orders are through the roof, short term a placing sucks for investors but long term it's fantastic, placings are to accelerate growth and if RMS feel they dont need £10m to accelerate growth then I question everything they are saying and whether they do truly have orders, they could of course recieve an order and then place off the back of it at a higher price, but if they dont do a placing I will be absolutely stunned, that does not mean it will be discounted I just cannot see any logical reason why they do not want to raise £5-10m and really accelerate the growth, whilst the market is hot - every other CV19 company has done it whether it be diagnostics, treatments etc.
Actually not sure if NCYT did it, they did truly expand from existing cash reserves but they are truly a once in a generation stock
There's a lot of logic in what you say but you miss the big one. They are wanting to licence the tech. They've already begun negotiations on this with Volz and indicated that others are wanting to come on board. They can buy another couple of production machines with the £1m and just pump out anywhere in the region of 5 to 15 million masks a month to sell direct, with very low costs and then leave the rest to everyone else. Even at, say, 5p per mask royalties they will be rolling in cash with no need for a placing. That's the business model they are going for and we all accept masks will be needed more and more, regardless of any vaccinations. Anyway, that's the facts and I won't talk about RMS on BRH anymore. I think both companies will eventually benefit from all this.
£1m in the bank and a market cap of £45m...
If you are the NHS are you going to trust a company with that much cash in the bank to provide you with an uninterrupted secured supply of anti-cv19 masks? What if one of the supply chains goes down, the machine breaks etc?
If the RMS product is so good they will raise £10m and expand massively in a short space of time to truly capture the market, the window of opportunity for these masks is short so they cannot afford to wait around for revenue to come in before they start expanding, if its a great product II's will come on board and back them in a placing, if it's a pipe dream then you won't see a placing, PI's will continue to pump it up but likely it wont do very well - great companies attract big investors, not small time PI's and if someone comes knocking offering RMS £10m they're likely going to take it
Considering RMS is down 5% it doesnt look like anyone is buying, if BRH wanted back in then they could likely get back in when RMS do a placing
It's what investment companies are supposed to do, they invest low and sell higher, the exit point is where they see a specified return on their investment - now we have £17m to distribute to other investments for no dilution to shareholders. They've invested in their existing POC test platform which should see that grow into areas outside of COVID if successful, and now have the task of thinking about what's next. As as been said, share price reflects cash in hand so this should be higher, where depends on what value investors put on the remaining investment. I think investors are yet to fully appreciate this and we could see this double shortly ahead of the next RNS
If you are refering to RMS I did the same bought low, sold out high. That is what investing is all about. Well done our BOD and as I have always said, although I am not invested anymore I wish all RMS holders the very best of luck.
"The share price moved to fast" and the bod took advantage of shareholders!
Anyone buying into BRH should make a good return. Carl has been working 24-7 and i wish him the best!
We are an investment company and once our investment matures then we need to sell up. There should be no emotions....!
I still feel RMS will be very successful when they start getting orders. The SP moved too fast based on the interviews. Hopefully, everyone will make the money ! In this game you just have to be PATIENT and keep doing your research.
