Another day struck off
If he's not voted in though and the others have signed (one already being a non-exec and qualified company law man) then he'd become irrelevant anyway I'd imagine. Besides that the role of a non-exec should be policy making, planning and acting in the interest of shareholders/stakeholders....
Yes I’ve had my letter with resolutions my main concern is whilst I am happy to vote for 7 & 8. I would like to know if this is for a particular strategy rather than just a general cash raise. So news on strategy before the AGM would help make my voting decisions clearer. I’ll probably vote for them anyway but if we get a placing soon after the AGM with no reason other than ‘to raise cash to explore RTO targets’ that will frustrate.
As for Lampshire that was my only other concern I would have thought he would have gone by now if PH have been bought out why is he still here and wanting to be re-elected. Unless he is part of the legal paperwork that might have already been drafted and is with lawyers so he needs to remain on the board until RTO is sorted...
Crystal ball needed
this might explain why they raised the bid from 27.2 to 27.6 as i commented earlier...
How much you topping up? Could be waiting for the sells to complete yours? MM's usually don't take sells unless there's buys... or if they do, they drop the price a lot. As the price hasn't dropped I'm inclined to think no stock to fill your order... I'm aware of roughly half the company holdings and all are holding tight or topping up as and when they see fit.
No it's not there either,
Aim , mms, something not right.
All come clear tomorrow, gla
There's a few trades on Nex Jimmy
But is top up.
Well, where's my but, in the cloud may be,
No it's soaked up in a fill I think. All will reveal tomorrow,
I don't think there's an order being filled. It's just that with little news it's off radar. News is what will come and will get people interested.
Hoping for multiple pieces of news...
No, not had mine yet but in with Lloyds, so Guv run will be later.
What I carnt understand is no buys/ sells since am, on all the sites I use.
Lse, advance, and this , and I've topped up, I think a big order is being filled .
Gla risk chasers.
Everyone should have their own opinion on for/against.
I'll happily say what I've voted for though, all but the re-appointment of Lampshire. I no longer see where he fits in.
Has anyone else received letters of the resolutions and attendance of agm? There is a list of all resolutions asking to tick next to each one if i vote for or against. What should be voted for and/or against? Also why are we voting to being martin lampshire back as director. He left once, What is he bringing to the table?
