Thanks for the reply, I do appreciate it.
We'll see what happens.
There is nothing else we can do, is there?
Thanks anyhow
Dapr I have similar questions about what value does BOU now offer? I don't know.
Maybe some kind of binding contract exists between BOU and the target company (or companies) that ensures a successful outcome.
Maybe BOU has acquired some IP that the target company needs?
Maybe there was always a deliberate AIM delist planned. Otherwise why not use the covid extension?
Maybe AG's influence is at work here and he's needed to make the plan happen and his warrants are going to make him richer once complete?
If this has gone wrong why would Tim still be telling us (or someone) it's going ahead?
Absolutely no clue whatsoever what's going on here, but considering that there must be many possible avenues this could have gone down that we'll never be able to guess, well we can't assume that no news = failure.
AG is using the light tech for his solar 2 food company.
It's on his website.
I think that's about it.
There must have been some value for him.
Perhaps tax losses as you suggest.
Can someone tell me we have left that is valuable.
What is expected?
We've got cash I presume left but we have no listing do we?. Therefore someone is not going to RTO into this cash shell because there is no point. I thought the idea was we had the listing, some one reverses into us , I swap the Astra Van for the Lambo. bingooo!
Oh well. But please can someone tell me what are we waiting for? What type of deal is going to give us value?
I'm not being contrary or clever. I don't see it. How much cash is left anyhow. Thats all we all have anyway init?
I thought AG bought PSL [and the tax losses] for £1 - if his new lighting business makes profit he gets to use those valuable tax losses.
I remember Antos , Roob, he was great. He was the man who was going to make us all rich and happy. Yep do you remember the beekeepers having the conversions about Antos or was it "Ant". He was deified .
Well, I feel this is going to be filed under " misadventure" along with the rest of the failed "Greatest thing in the world" shares I have gambled on (I was going to say invested in but I don't think that's appropriate ) in the last few years.tastic
Nope this fantastic company that people can see is so fantastic, negotiations have been going on for how long now ?. It's complex init.? Big numbers, big deals, serious international players.
Nope filed under Sh*te with Bagr another recent greatest thing in the world share (now failed)
It's going nowhere. Been nice listening to all the surmising . " He drank a pint of lager " It's defo a brewery!!!! It's coming.
Jeepers I'm depressed I'm telling yer. Does it not stand to reason that we are not dealing with a Ftse 100 company we are dealing with loose change really? It would have been away by now., Surely
haha Antos Glogowski 71 year old muppet with no LinkedIn who lives in Florida, yeah I really expect him to pull this out of the bag.
Pee up in a brewery springs to mind
It has been over 10 months since we heard anything about Antos Glogowski Any body think he was a fit up so that he could get PSL and now if he loses his shares he won't lose out? Only my musing?
Still not wrote it off yet...
Frustrating I know but when emails were coming to people after a few days to a week, maybe we haven't much longer to wait so it's pointless writing now?
Just my musings...
You know it
Probably why you're punting money on AIM ;)
Probably spent it all on crack and *****s. I know I would.
To be fair what really did we expect, in hindsight I wouldn't have invested anything here.
Poor management, no proven track record and poor comms.
This was probably some sort of money laundering...
rnorth, sadly I feel that you right.
Delisted for over 10 months and now they don’t reply to emails where they once did. I’m afraid I fear all is lost and that our ‘investment’ is simply being frittered away on salaries through C19 with no progress being made. Shocking.
