Chriszzr, ignore my earlier reply as I have been checking through various companies I follow, I got the Tim bit right, but not the surname.
ICF are advisories of Midatech Pharma.
Tim Metcalfe....name seems familiar from a pharma or medical company, I cannot remember which, but do remember him having good write-ups on the BB of the share.
I received an email from Tim Metcalfe, MD of ICF Advisory , when the last announcement was made
I believe he has a mailing list of interested shareholders
Still expecting a good result from Bou
Correct there will be no official RNS. Communication could be via the RNS Reach system but the Website or contacting the company is likely to be the best option
Just a quick question in relation to LeddachJack's comment below - am I right in thinking that now we are delisted, that we won't see an RNS on BOU whenever there is news? Instead, we need to keep an eye on their website etc.
Thanks
Just to clarify... The AGM doesn't contain any resolutions related to Accustem.
The company announced last week "that plans to effect the demerger of StemPrintER from the Group are continuing to be progressed and it is now expected that a circular will now be sent to shareholders shortly after the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 July 2020"
So maybe later on Thursday/Friday best case scenario.
Me too LJ. :-)
TILS agm is on Thursday I believe. Few days wait for clarification either way. Its gonna sting if this connection is a dead end. Sincerely hope JPPs theory is right.

Every 7am i look and hope to see 2 RNS boxes ticked for Tils and Bou connecting both.
Just as a side note.. I've just found out that TILS was a double RTO
Alexander David Investments into Tiziana Pharma Ltd in 2013 and then into Tiziana Life Sciences PLC...
Quite clear that Cerrone likes to get things done via RTO for a quicker, cheaper market listing.
