The forth articles from Moltey Fool this week recommending buying shares in Boohoo!
22 Oct 2021
“ If we look at the earnings forecasts for the year ending 28 February 2023 (the next financial year), the consensus estimate is 11.5p per share. So that puts Boohoo on a forward-looking price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of just 17.2. To my mind, that’s incredibly low given the speed at which the company is growing (three-year revenue growth of 200%), and the power of its brands.
At that low valuation, I’d be happy to buy Boohoo shares for my investment portfolio today.”

Three articles about Boohoo From Moltey Fool this week!

Has the Boohoo share price started its recovery?
“ Revenues up by a fifth showed that the retailer’s formula continues to work its magic with shoppers. Not only do I see further growth potential in Boohoo’s home market, I also think that Boohoo’s growing ambition for the US market could turn out to be a massive money-spinner.”

Is now a good time for me to buy Boohoo shares?
“ Should I buy?
With it trading at under half the price of its all-time high, is now a good time for me to buy Boohoo shares?
I think long-term the firm’s decision to invest in expansion through new warehouses and acquisitions should put it in a good position in years to come. A continuation in rising revenues is also an attractive reason for me. As such, I think Boohoo would be a solid long-term addition to my portfolio at the current price.”

Where will the Boohoo share price go in November?
“ I think the firm is only becoming cheaper by the day. It is a rapidly growing e-commerce leader, with a cash rich balance sheet and significant consumer visibility. If the market does not realise the value, a competitor will, which could mean a buyout.
As such, I do not know where the Boohoo share price will go in November, but I can say that as the stock gets cheaper, it will only become more appealing as an undervalued growth opportunity. That is why I would buy the shares for my portfolio.”

*I just think if the large trades turn out be sells ,which seems very likely, then the only place for the s.p. to go is massively down. That is not deramping,it is just the truth as the market and buyers would not be able to absorb such big sells without falling.*
I agree.
However, the problem with this thesis, in the present instance, is the trade was obviously a buy and the price has moved up since.
