I think you have to stop believing what you have been told for 10 years. Have you learnt anything. Billion pound asset. Where were the chinese. The chinese buy everything in zambia. Did they line up at kabwe. No. If you remember the deal was jubilee receive a percentage of the profits then the license was revoked then jubilee started to screw us over delisted bmr. Yes colin bird the very same guy you are invested in at jubilee. You keep going on about revelo why. Do you know the deal on the table or are u guessing
And there we have it. You effectively admit that Borrelli has screwed us over by virtually giving away our billion pound asset, and yet you are quite happy to bend over and let him screw you again over Revelo.
Why exactly would you place so much trust in him?
Incidentally I believe you seriously undervalue the royalty to us in due course once in full production and costs covered.
I have considered the mothballing idea. In an ideal world yeah mothball sit back let jubilee do all the work . Split the profits and the royalty is worth a few million. That scenario is fantasy land. Will never happen that way. Lets get behind relisting. Let borrelli and bird deliver a deal that is satisfactory to all shareholders and then let borrelli resign and go.
Jubilee will want our 12%. They will not allow us a failing company on the brink to profit from the kabwe process. It simply will not happen. Production will not go ahead this year. We will be run down to nothing. Jubilee will process copper and star zinc. I personally think any proper mining will be littered with problems
Where are you Bring?
Re " Why do you think mothballing would be anymore favourable"
Simply because it is tangible with minimal associated cost, unlike the massively diluting fantasies of these preening directors living the high life at our expense and never actually achieving anything.
I admit to also being a jlp investor and sleep st night knowing that Leon helps keep colin in check. Sadly we would have no such brake on a Revelo, Bird, Borrelli set up.
As i said i dont particularly like the revelo and hope there is another option. On the whole I have helped worked with bmrwatch but i do not agree with removing borrelli at this point. Why do you think mothballing would be anymore favourable
Bring - what's your take on this?
And can you corroborate Fellow's history (in current or other nom de plume)?
If you've been around AIM as long as you claim, then the old idiom of "death and taxes" by Franklin and others will ring very true in your ear. Put together the records of Bird and Borrelli in this sector and it's easy to see that shareholders need very deep pockets to finance their largesse. Revelo will be no different.
No-one on the mothballing side expects to see any return for quite a while as they tuck their share certificates into the bottom drawer.. But that doesn't stop them feeling that this relisting will merely finalise their financial demise.
Borrelli can shut down bmr if he wants to. Nothing we can do about it.
Mothball the royalty is not an option. Jubilee will run us down to nothing in the bank. There will be no zinc production this year. Kiss goodbye to bmrvand the royalty for 10k. Relist and we all get something back.
Others have asked why the need to relist. Why not mothball the company and wait for the royalties to come in eventually?
There was enough money in the coffers to achieve this.
Whether a listed company or not, Borrelli still is obliged to act in the interests of shareholders, rather than give away the one remaining asset he hasn't already fXXXXd up.
Why would you say he owns BMR?
This is for you and every other. NO ONE LIKES BORRELLI. EVERYONE HATES BORRELLI but we need to relist.
Point 1. I was with bmrwatch on the revelo deal. I did not like however I was willing to consider it as relisting is my priority. The royalty will be used imo towards the new relisting. Imo a new fresh deal will be on the table as revelo deal did not go down well.
2. I can tell you borrelli responded to bmrwatch questions. In that he reiterated that the majority of shareholders want to relist. Guess what lots of bmrwatch members are communicating with him.
3. Borrelli owns bmr now technically we have delisted. You constantly harp on about how bad borrelli is . No one doubts that but most of us want to relist. Borreli has made it clear he will step down once we relist
Just a few points arising from your response:
1. What extra would be achieved for shareholders by relisting and going for this madcap Revelo scheme which Colin Bird is involved with as a director? Surely shareholders would lose certain protections viz the royalty and endure massive dilution with absolutely no guarantees of success on the new venture.
2. I find it strange that no-one in BMR Watch outside the committee would wish to see Borrelli punished for the shocking debacle he has visted on us when even an incompetent idiot could have turned this around after that crook Alikhani. The blame lies fair and square with Borrelli and he is fully deserving of being punished.
3. You are suggesting that only Borrelli can save shareholders from losing money whereas in reality, shareholders have already lost huge amounts personally under Borrelli's reign through supporting the company with rights issues based on detailed and optimistic plans and forecasts in RNSs. Whatever they retain in BMR is effectively worthless so not sure how getting rid of Borrelli could make things any worse. How many times have they built the processing plant using our money according to RNSs.
The whole thing is nothing short of a scandal.
4. Are any of the BMR Watch able to corroborate what you say about your dealings with them? Come on Bring let's hear it.
5. " Borreli will go when we relist." Of course he will. His work will then be done.
If the actions of bmrwatch result in all shareholders to lost there money or get a crap deal from colin bird there will be repercussions. Borreli will go when we relist. Pull together and show colin bird we want the best deal. A great opportunity exists now if we use our brains
"terrified to speak up" You really must be more melodramatic in your posting next time Stuee.
Keep your chins up. We'll get through this.
I have been invested in bmr for just as long as you. I have been in numerous groups since. Bmrwatch expelled me from the group for disagreeing with there actions. The committee decide the members do not have a say. Members are terrified to speak up. They are in contact with me asking to be relisted . They in general have no interest in punishing borrelli unlike the committee members. I disagree with the bmrwatch tactics not all but the removal of borrelli is not in the interests of relisting. It will jeopardise our relisting. Jubilee are using the bmrwatch to do there dirty work in that the more they see divide and conquer the longer colin bird will wait to screw us over. I say forget about kicking borrelki out just relist. Sadly the committee want revenge and this will lose shareholders money. They will be in big trouble if that happens
Hi Fellowship - As a shareholder of some 10 years in this dog, I note you are a recent poster whose history has been entirely on BMR and whose posts appear to have been particularly aggressive towards the BMR Watch.
Purely out of interest, may I ask what your interest is in BMR? Of course you don't have to tell us and you don't have to tell us the truth but I suspect others may be intrigued with your reply.
I suggest you take up the jeopardy point with Borrelli. He will probably be otherwise engaged with Montezuma's Revenge or some equally off the wall exploration target.
The bmrwatch committee dont want you to know in fact they didnt even consult with there members. Another egm with the removal of borrelli on the table. It has been said by certain bmrwatch members that the committee do not want to relist and are more interested in the wellbeing of jubilee. If this is true this is a disgrace. We are only weeks away from a deal to relist but bmrwatch want to fk it up. I have no problem with egms. I have no problem seeking answers but i would never jeopardise shareholders investments unlike the bmrwatch committee
Have you tabled a motion at the egm to remove borreli. Allow the company to relist he will be sidelined. There are no plaudits in jeopardising all our investments.
Have you considered the possibility that Borrelli is working in JLP’s best interests and not ours? Or maybe even in the best interests of Colin Bird, seeing as he works for Revelo…
Let’s take a look at the clues – Borrelli wants to call the new Company “Callisto Resources”. Callisto is one of Jupiter’s moons and was discovered by Galileo in 1610. The moon’s surface is the oldest and most heavily cratered in the entire solar system – it’s taken a beating throughout its life (much like BMR and its shareholders).
Borrelli should announce the proposed deal along with his retirement from the Board. If the deal is accepted by shareholders, he can then retire after the Company has been listed.
Your not thinking about jubilee or maybe you are. Get the deal done relist and then look at borrelli. You dont get rid of the guy that holds the key to bmrs demise. Thank you very much from jubilee. Stop playing jubilees dirty work.
Sounds like a way of actually being able to talk to the man face to face again. He's certainly been paid enough over the years. Maybe we could get this deal, I won't be presumptuous and condescending about it's possible merits, vote on it and his departure at the same time. What concerns me is his reasons for hanging on, what's in it for him? All he does with every diabolical turn and misjudgement is ruin his street cred.
