Yeah Chish, sorry i dont agree. I far more often cant buy than cant sell. (always run both every so often to get a feel for it.
So yeah the price drops and we cant buy,,
but how often do they raise the price and we cant sell? practically never.
Its just a manipulative process they run through to panic people. Plain as day
Chish you have described ‘normal’ market conditions on AIM (eg falling sp can buy cant sell) and I don’t disagree. However, and I would be very surprised if you haven’t noticed this, quite often with BMN as the sp drops but one still can’t buy any quantity. That is not a ‘normal’ market scenario yet it happens here. Hence the justified concerns here about sp manipulation.
Whatever the ifs buts & maybes are I presume we all agree Aim is 100% lacking transparency. A recommendation will show the strength of feeling but sadly will do ******* all to correct it.
Only commenting when its NT to buy paints a false picture. You could buy at 9.4/9.3/9.2/9.1 that's the price dropping... but you couldn't sell. Then it cycles (Sorry Alfa) and you can sell at 8.8/8.9/9. but not buy. Patience and you can have all the shares you want. Just as long as you don't want to buy and sell at the same time. If you look at the picture over hours/days rather than minutes/seconds you wont drive yourself nuts thinking you can't buy.. or sell... So yes you are correct its a non-argument.
ABSOLUTELY!!
My page of transactions is hugely blue -something like 450 000 buys against hardly any sales and they drop the price.
Mad! The sooner we are away from this corrupt market and its destroyers, not makers , the better.
Arguing that you could buy in the first 45 minutes does not negate in any way the fact you couldn't buy when the price dropped. That's what is known as a non-argument.
Yeah alfa way to make a market guys..,
north of 9.071 even! ;)
james - that's how it works - pretend that the price has dropped to try and scare investors to sell or force a stop loss whilst at the same time preventing anyone else from buying.
At the moment the advertised Bid is 8.7p and the current actual price is .... I'm not going to say - but it is north of 9.05p.
I can buy now, but the price has gone back up.
sell over 9p again.
Well congrats for you. I couldnt..
don't talk about cycles round here.
Keep looking. Could have bought as many as you wanted in the first 45 minutes. It was NT to sell for almost the first half hour. Goes in cycles if you watch it. You'll be able to buy again in a bit.
Wind it in Chish.
Im just saying whats reported on vox. there was also one at 8.95p for 54228.
Dropping and then not allowing buys when they drop is a load of toss.
You need to look closer then.
well looking at the trades, seems to have netted them 5000 shares.
totally worth it MMs!
*sigh*
They are using wider market sentiment to enact a tree shake that has delivered them not even a single share.
That's some seriously ineffectual strategy at play there.
So the drop is artificial now to get some sellers on board at low prices?
Hopefully people don't bite and must coincide with the Ford Fiesta coming to disrupt.
Looks like they bought a few too many shares at 9.5 yesterday and now don't want to sell them.
Clowns.
And again. Cant even buy a grands worth at the moment. But can sell.
Utterly pathetic
Have opened up with a quite ridiculous spread 8.925/9.4. Oh I forgot it is April fools day!
