SaaS tokenization platform Buzzmint secures Ayre Ventures funding
Ayre Ventures has thrown its financial support behind Buzzmint to further the development of utility-focused non-fungible token (NFT) projects.
Ayre Ventures, the venture capital division of Calvin Ayre’s Ayre Group, recently participated in a seed funding round for Buzzmint, the U.K.-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows brands, creators, media-specific businesses and individuals to simply and quickly ideate, create and deploy utility-led NFT/token projects.
Buzzmint, which participated in the initial cohort of the Satoshi Block Dojo incubator program, was formed after co-founder Charles Symons went to a Dojo event at the invitation of his friend, Dojo co-founder Craig Massey. While at this event, Symons unknowingly bumped up against none other than Dr. Craig Wright, with whom Symons proceeded to have a brief but illuminating conversation.
Just prior to his Dojo visit, Symons, a decades-long veteran of the media and publishing sectors, had a meeting with a newspaper editor who painted a sorry picture of the financial challenges facing the press. After his conversation with Wright and some independent investigation into the possibilities of the Bitcoin SV (BSV) blockchain—including the fact that its unbounded scalability means it can permanently store NFTs on-chain rather than on a third-party server—Symons believed he’d found the solution to the editor’s dilemma.
Symons had gone to the Dojo event with another publishing/media veteran, Neil Ferguson, who like Symons was something of a blockchain neophyte at the time. The pair described their BSV learning experience as “a light bulb moment, the future for everyone that we’ve worked for.” At that moment, the seeds of Buzzmint took root.

This may come across as me having some kind of inside information, but I can assure you I do not, but share prices, including Blu, go down as well as up. On bad news share prices tend to go down (or drift down in a bear market where we currently are) However, on good news share prices tend to go up (or slowly tick up in a Bull market, which unfortunately we are not in).Can CEO's be a bit more share price friendly, of course, but value will (nearly, always exception to the rule) prevail in the end. Good luck all LTH
Blackrock executive Rick Rieder just told Yahoo Finance he’s expecting crytpocurrencies to rise “higher than today”.
Antoni Trenchev, CEO of leading crypto firm Nexo, told CNBC he thinks bitcoin could surge above $100,000 “within 12 months”.
And to add to that… the market cap of digital assets also rose by a whopping $280 billion in July.
... i do get your point DTK .... youve been here a long while and i can see your confidence has slowly evaporated .... i'm not here so long , so see a +33% sp YoY as ok .... that said .... i cant disgaree with you regards lack of news in may areas ...
I'm a bit worried we havent heard from Duke for a bit ... perhaps having a well deserved hol !
Hope this comes good for you and all .... one day soon !
Depends on how you look at it really? I’m not here to argue as I have a good holding.
What I’m saying is, time and time again the share price is up and we are expected news and then the bod vanish.
Duke saw him the other month and from he wrote, it hardly set the investors up with confidence. I bet they’ve not spoke since either.
Just a complete shower of **** right now.
No communication from them at all. If I ran my business like this there would be nothing left and rightly so.
It’s far from good enough.
i agree DTK, ceratainly not helping right now .... but its a FACT that the sp is +33% YoY .... that is not a decimated sp ... is it ?
It’s not going to help you here right now PAS.
It’s ok to be wrong.
.....hows +33% in a year a decimated sp ???
Its up !!??
decimated; past participle: decimated
1.
kill, destroy, or remove a large proportion of.
Might be old news .... but its Good news and seems to be being repeated in lots of media channels....
There has been a long list of revelations coming out of the recent World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, but one issue that might have gone under the media radar involves comments by Mastercard CEO Michael Miebach during a discussion on the future of cross-border payments between nations.
Miebach, participating in a panel on Central Bank Digital Currencies at the WEF and hosted by the Global Blockchain Business Council, was one of the few participants that was willing to suggest that the SWIFT system, long dominated by western interests, might be made obsolete along with the proliferation of digital currencies among central banks.
Initially dismissed as “conspiracy theory” only a few years ago by the media, whispers of CBDCs have suddenly gone mainstream and blockchain technologies took center stage at Davos in 2022. The Federal Reserve has even started active public discussions assessing the case for retail digital currency products.
This was made clear months ago on here but the positive 5p rampers didn’t want to hear it.
They’ve needed moving on and now they can see why. Sorry you had to see the share price been decimated for you to see it. They have to go!!!
... not ramping muscley man ... its what i'm told .... i have no reason to ramp ... or de-ramp ... unlike some ;-))))
I gave it my best :-)
... assume thats for me Chester ? .... better known than it was a year ago
what do you mean ?
i have friends in Asia ..... and Dynasty is becoming a well established gamer !
Many shareholders have done very well trading in and out of this share over the last 6 months. The story hasn’t changed in regard to Satoshipay and thru them pendulum_chain, in fact this is coming closer to adaptation within the Defi space and what a potentially huge space that is. Disappointing to have no further news on Dynasty but that could maybe throw up a surprise. The rest of the portfolio can be sold to cover running costs for the company, they have proved to be rather a bad lot of investments. The management have done the bare minimum in representing the company but have at least had the capacity to recently sell part of the portfolio to cover immediate running costs.
How much is pendulum_chain worth that’s the question.
Gazzleberry what is the rational in your statement?
Always been positive on this board but I am now fearful of future dives, if it goes to 17 then I'm out as that is what I bought in at almost 12 months ago. No news, no direction, no guidance.
Gla to all the decent people on here. It was fun while it lasted.
Looks like 015p is on the cards.
I said yesterday that there was probably a big sell order in the background to offset all the buying activity around lunchtime, oh and as if by magic theres a 13m sell just recently printed
So much for dynasty alone being were not 0.4p ******
Looks like the SP is only heading one way....
