Hiya all,
If you're unhappy about shareholders inability to have any dialogue with Blu / no response to emails / no replies to VM's etc or you're an HL account holder affected by their miss-management would you add your user name to the list and re-post. I will do a count and fwd to the Nomad. Cheers !

Hl can be arrogant they never admit to being wrong
I saw the posts thanks. I’m talking about contacting BLU management (or in fact anyone) to ask for remedial action and unless I’m mistaken, it’s impossible to email or call the company we have invested in. I will be gladly be proven wrong, and frankly quite relieved, if someone can prove and share they have had direct contact with the company and a reason given why the company and its management haven’t provided the regulatory information required. No contact details, no staff or management and no adherence to regulatory information, all in my opinion are red flags.
A trader I and someone else just posted hl response
With our at best passive BOD, at what point is this due for a shareholder action to change the BOD. As i understand it, we have easy 25% of the shareholder base in contact via this board, Duke and Viera. I am not sure that there would be any support for the continuation of the current status quo by any sharholder. Do the current board have large exit provisions? Otherwise why are we tolerating their lack of efforts and continual desire to usurp shareholder value for their own means?
Those “idiots” selling are most likely concerned at the HL debacle and posters saying they cannot contact BLU - the company they invested in. I emailed and no response and called and left a VM. In corporate health terms and in my opinion, not being able to contact a company you’ve invested in and no employees on LinkedIn to contact is a massive red flag.
Hl told me the same on Fridayukewarm
the slow inexorable fall back to 0.1 resumes.
where is our "glorious" leader Del Boy?
is he still alive?
is he still "working" on our behalf?
.
Bowlers, the 'idiots' out early this morning lol
Latest reply from HL on Friday. Have sent on to Nomad.
Thank you for your message. I apologise for the delay in responding to you.
The information that is missing is the cost and charges data, this is not being provided to our third party provider, Broadridge, by Blue Star themselves.
Unfortunately, we are still having significant problems with Blue Star providing information to Broadridge to allow us to reopen the stock for purchases.
According to the factsheet for Blue Star, the company itself does not have any charges. However, to meet regulation, they still need to send cost and charges data even if its 0%.
Due to the company not having any charges, it looks like they haven’t produced any EMT data which is a template that needs to be filled in to meet the MIFID II regulatory requirement.
I'm afraid it could take some time to resolve this as one of our colleagues will need to speak individually with Blue Star and Broadridge to get the template filled in and add the data to the fact sheet.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, I'm confident that you will understand this is out of our control.
If you have any other questions, please get back to me.
I think blu will do well tomorrow at this price hopefully all the idiots selling at a huge loss have now gone
Agree - “ Adamant value of these two companies has grown as our SP as dropped”
Good on you Duke ridiculous situation over Hl blubutton insistent that blu has provided info to hl and hl says that they havn't
Love me or hate me. We pay and take our chances.
I’ve started buying here, will be adding lots next few weeks.

Just heard back from hl they still adamant blu has not given them sufficient info to resume trading yet
He'd of been crazy not to have done.
You learn from people over the years.
Personally cashed in over half my holdings in the early 40s to high 30s.
Didn't want too, but been here so long and know how this company is run, I had no other choice.
Lets hope we get some sort of news soon, but without doubt it will be massively sold in because everyone has been able to buy back in lower again.
Rinse and repeat.
Can't beat them, join them.......
Not an ideal scenario is it?
