Yes Hivedoff.....I'll go with the latter too.
Draper's silence is the biggest worry for me. A man who can't keep his mouth shut when there is even a hint of good news; 20x; very comfortable; 'upto 10 mil; triple A games etc. etc. now has abo****ely nothing to say. An indication that he has learnt his lesson or the stark reality that there is absolutely nothing to report, not even a hint...I fear the latter.
Yes Roley, I don't think they are alone but I for one couldn't have that on my conscious personally. We're all here to make money but it can't be at any cost. Not for me anyway, I want to be able to sleep at night.
I personally don't believe he has one last chance. I can't see what progress they will have to talk about to or potential direction of travel to point to get the backing. They've already used up all their cards getting through this last 3 years. He's had, with expenses, approaching £1m out of the business by my guess, which has come directly from shareholders pockets, not earned by him or the company. That will be his 'legacy' as he liked to talk about.
Maybe they will get the backing, you may know more behind the scenes on that one, and they may be able to get the money at a heavily discounted price, but I would honestly be surprised if it is anything above 2p, all things considered. Of course, it will mean they can keep the gravy train going for another year if they do.
Draper has not spoken to investors since his Proactive interview in Feb last year. That is 16 months. For a company that was supposedly in its growth stage!? How is that even possible.
How many RNS's have there been that have led to nothing. How the hell did they manage to waffle for 70 pages in that shiny PDF, that is a talent in itself. How has the broker managed to downgrade revenues 50% for the next 2 years and yet bidstack still haven't told the market? Unbelievable
I think you'd have got a better result if you'd asked him for a secondhand Vauxhall corsa, with 2 previous owners and 120k miles on the clock....fsh obviously too. I wouldn't ask anything more than that though roleyb. If he was going deliver anything at all....there you have it.
Hi Jimmy, I agree with your sentiment entirely.
Bids and to be fair many companies have taken investors money and quite frankly have spent shareholders money frivolously. (and I am being kind with that statement)
The more I hear of Bids and how senior people have enjoyed the lifestyle whilst frankly delivering little, then I have to say that I am disgusted, but it happens and will continue to happen.
Some may say more fool investors...
Draper has one last chance in my view, but that must come at a price of his and the boards lack of success to date.
Take the money that is on offer and swallow your pride Mr Draper. Yes it will be massive dilution and it no doubts hurt your pride but at least by taking the funds then you live for another two years and get to prove every doubter and upset investor wrong.
That includes myself and I am more than happy to be proved incorrect.
I will invest if the entry price is correct and happy to have you prove myself and others wrong.
Sleep on it. I know you read these boards.
From an investor that has bought in excess of 11 million Bidstack shares in the last three years and a chunk pre-market as you well know.
Go no Mr D. Take the challenge and take the money and prove us all wrong.
Then who will be the hero and have that last laugh.
Their wages have come from investors hard earned cash this last 3 years. So why should a company and its employees keep floating along, whilst offering nothing in return to its funders? The world doesn't work like that, people and companies eventually get found out if they offer nothing in return.
They have had a good run on the gravy train and should be grateful for that.
Of course none of us would like 58 of those people to lose their jobs R111111111111...1
So is that a yes. Yes you would like it to fail and therefore you would like c.60 people to lose their livelihoods?
Dear oh dear is about right R111111..1. We were fed garbage in 2019 and I don't think many people will forgive Draper for that. Still plenty of decent companies to invest in though thankfully.
"Only happy because then that'll be it". Does that means you confirm that you want bidstack to fail? You would prefer it to end rather than potentially be a decent business down the line? If you want it to fail then why own shares in it. If you want it to fail, I can understand you spending every day on here attacking it, but that doesn't explain why you would own shares
Dear oh dear
Only happy because then that'll be it. Anyway...ftse doing nicely.
So incredibly right that you continue to be happy to go down with the ship...I would suggest that make you the most wrong of everyone...
Well matey... .I've been incredibly right for the past 18+months.
Although I wouldn’t take any advice from someone that has wasted his/her life deramping a stock he/she doesn’t own.
You'll see 3p, but whether you want to gamble is up to you. I wouldn't.
Laters, back to Eden for a bit? No one eat any of his apples!
Even a broken clock is right twice per day…
helx said there would be a fund raise in April...three month we are still waiting. helx says lots of things in the vain hope that some of them might come right.
you could do crytpolife, but it isn't at 3p and never get to 3p, in which case you wont have the opportunity, any other irrelevant questions?
Well Jimmy...that kind of sums it all up pretty nicely. What a total disgrace and an utter shambles. 3p in the very near future.
Even more concerning, no repeat custom since December from any of these brands.
Unless bids is a seasonal business, only run ads in the 2nd half of the 2nd half of the 2nd half of the year. Who knew gaming was a seasonal business. They should have probably factored that in when spending others peoples money.
The only interest from this is going to be 10% flippers, given how bad JD and bids reputation is. How low does the price need to be for their interest is the question. My guess is lower than 2.8p. Nobody is surely going to hold this long term now.
I think the writing is on the wall with Codemasters aswell. Spotting a bids Ad in a Codemasters game is as rare as a Nessy sighting, has been that way since December. And before anybody says they have global reach, UK would be prime target for bidstack Codemasters Ads. Hoping they are running masses of volume over the other side of the world is just dreaming. Look at the evidence
@drinky I told you I was refraining from The BS with you.
You bring nothing to the table specifically about Bidstack.
You are just here to antagonise.
At present there isn’t anything to talk about re Bidstack especially anything positive so will refrain until we actually here something from Draper.
Laters
Raises are usually at a discount obviously ....but look at how many struggling company's share price drop even further after a fund raising event. I think you'll find it's very many. I'm not trolling, I'm just saying how things are unfortunately....I'll be ramping in your view if Draper ever actually delivers anything credible that genuinely brings some decent revenue in.
That's crap most raises are done at around fifteen to thirty percent discount for institutional buyers. If you are going to troll try and do it with a little more fact and a lot more style.
There is granted masses to hate. We could write a whole tome larger than War and Peace about JD. But when talking of raises be accurate.
