Amirichyet - 90% of FB revenues is advertising at $55bn last year - same with Google at $135bn last year. The game revenue will soon become irrelevant for most developers.
I personally have my portfolio in Activision, Codemasters & Bidstack to balance the opportunity... looking for entry points in Ubisoft, EA among others.
A huge wall of money is on the horizon and no matter where you stick it in the next 10 years... these companies will be benefactors. Most investors can’t value the future accurately but social media companies are a good template here.
Girdz, 100% agree with that however what we do have is 3 years more with SI (which is a very well run and safe company to be in bed with) and that is a long time to get it right.. we’ve also seen that we have got the tech up and running already in certain countries which affords us a long run way to enjoy the 3 year contract. Just need to switch on all the countries now! Not a bad place to be 1 month after the contract renewal :)
Good chat today! I’ll be off to the dark side again fighting the good fight but glad to have made a guest appearance. Have a good week all!
At the end of September the board of bidstack stated its belief the revenues the market was expecting for the year remained achievable. At that time they knew exactly what was in place, how many NDAs had been entered into and the scope and potential of progress with deals signed.
The chairman also laid the steps necessary to move onwards.
With the exception of a few very clear non rnsed notes from the CEO none of us have a single further piece of company evidence to suggest anything else is the case..
You either trust them to deliver or you dont.. you buy, sell or hold accordingly
I'm sorry that I see it so simply
All else is wind and pliss to fill the current delcared communications vacuum.
imho..
Keep the faith guys. There will be plenty of big games and plenty of big advertising opportunities. We have first mover advantage and will be the go to Company for I game advertising. We are just at the start. Suggest some read the rNS and listen to the podcasts again. Nothing has changed News will come . And sellers will buy back higher.
Come on MG, no company should be reliant upon one contract. Say something happened to SI that Was totally out of BIDS control. BIDs would also then be screwed.
In any case BIDs must have something lined up or in the pipeline using unity and unreal
And then we have Codemasters. Signing a deal with F1 that gives it more rights over sponsorship/advertising....until 2025. Hmmmm
Agree moneygen. I think that is what they are working on, employing sales staff to bring the brands in and up the fill rates.
Hopefully when the updated broker note comes, we see the full extent of FM earnings potential.
I could be wrong but I don’t think Stadia has been announced when that article was written detailing the £90m. Not to mention FM now on Nintendo Switch, going live in China as of 10th Dec. Numbers there really could dwarf anything else to date on any console / pc.
Together with the accumulation of previous FM titles. FM19 still gets big numbers, even though FM20 is out. By the time FM22 gets released, bids will be earning from FM19, 20 and 21 from the SI agreement.
Codemasters entire sales last year was £71m. So stick on a bit of advertising to one game and we've got £90m - seriously! Maybe I should invest in codemasters!
Girdz,
I disagree... BIDS can be a success for every investor here from 4p to 35p with the FM20 contract alone.
£90m revenues @ 100% fill rate and 25% gross margins is £22.5m a year. If you can’t get any more games, reduce your operational expenses, massage your relationship with SI and reap the rewards in dividends into perpetuity.
We’ve all got a solid base to fall back on if BIDS executes well on one game alone. That’s the beauty and the hidden value here. The cherries on top will come but we should all be demanding full concentration on smashing FM ad fill rates... then the big companies will be knocking at BIDS door... and if not, we’ll still all be on our respective islands.
its not just figures the market wants to see it’s also delivery of some other games in which BIDS will serve ads.
Not heard anything about unreal but if and when that goes live and ads served in fortnite, rockets league for example, then sp will fly.
At moment bids has three games. Not enough to be successful by any stretch
Well imo i think the market wants figures but we aint gonna get them just yet.So the only alternative in myvmind is s juicy contract quoting potential earnings .
Or alternatively again JD has been hoodwinking us and come up with some incredible earnings to date and the contract as well.
Bottom line is we are all guessing and hoping
I dont think helx knows what positive is so he couldn't ever answer that question. Lol only teasing helx
Lets stop arguing over the share price and focus on the future and potential of this company
The share price today or or in 4 weeks will not be the share price in 12-18months when those who believe that Bidstack are truly game changes and leading the pack will be very satisfied indeed
GLA - Stay strong - good time ahead :-)
Recently Bidstack inked a collaboration agreement with Epic Games
In-game advertising outfit Bidstack will collaborate with Epic Games' Unreal Engine to allow developers to monetise their titles by creating advertising space within their currently live and soon-to-be-launched games.
Bidstack said its plugin would be used across the complete suite of video games using the Unreal Engine, which powers some of the biggest titles in video games including Fortnite, Rocket League and Gears of War.
IF THIS IS LIVE, Then exciting time ahead
The biggest benefit of cloud-gaming platforms will be increased scale. Gaming adoption is already impressive, with 86% of global internet users playing on game consoles, desktops, or smartphones. But cloud-based platforms will significantly boost the size and diversity of that audience.

A little reminder to all that Bidstack are the real deal and fully aware of their own potential and the potential of getting it right
Interesting article on how Luxury brands are looking to spend money on in game advertising, It describes new ways for game developers to moneterise their games. Hopefully Bidstack are working with game developers in a similar way.
