two trades..
Do you think these two most senior executives had any idea they would catastrophically fail to meet the revenue target when they sold 600,000 pounds worth of shares....
Look at the dates... and try to justify it in any way , shape or form
Good here init

Bidstack Group Plc
('Bidstack' or the 'Company')
Directors' dealings
Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the in-game advertising group, announces that it has been informed today that James Draper, CEO, and Francesco Petruzzelli, CTO, on Friday 25 October 2019, each sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 20 pence per share to realise gross sale proceeds of £300,000 each. The sale represents an aggregate of 1.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
On completion of the reverse takeover of Bidstack Limited by Bidstack Group Plc on 19 September 2018, both Mr Draper and Mr Petruzzelli entered into lock-in agreements which prevented them from selling any shares for 12 months following completion of the reverse takeover. These hard lock-ins expired on 19 September 2019.
Following the share sale, the remaining interests of Mr Draper and Mr Petruzzelli in the share capital of the Company will be as follows:
Breaks my heart to see Bob like this
Yatak , thank you, , I'm down on bidstack.. not other shares. Some people have Lost lots of all they had.
I was misled by the company...
My thanks go to helx and jilson in particular for their insight , clarity of vision and confidence to say how they saw it.
Kind regards
Four hundred and ten thousand pounds draper made of shareholders last year
Target revenue las8year six million pounds
Known revenue last year thirty thousand pounds
I don't agree with Bob's view on BIDS, however the post by New2trade was not needed. Bob made his view clear, gave his reasons. It's only natural to have negative feelings when you have lost money and sold too early, the majority of us would likely have similar feelingsas noone likes making mistakes that cost money. Bob hasn't posted in a while, there really is no need to kick someone while they are down.
5 Nov ...
The company is in a critical phase of delivery between now and the end of the year.
All efforts within the company are focused on the business goals that have been laid out.
We therefore won't be drafting individual responses to investors at this time.
We're all executing at speed, with the aim of giving our shareholders an enjoyable winter break.
We appreciate your support to date.
Go and feed the birds or something Bob.

The chairman lied to us in the rns dated 30 sep.
Draper seriously misled us in his tweet of 5 nov.
Draper seriously misled us his LinkedIn drivel on 6 nov
Draper cobbled a loss leader deal in late December and then pumped more bs in the faces of holders on waites kiss and tell show
Draper got 13 times more money for himself the the entire first six months revenue.
There is still not one iota of evidence that this outfit if earning a penny.
Not one iota..
One year I three
This is just the start.....
If the business survives long enough for a placing at what price??? I figure around 4 pence...
I could go on and on...
I wish the business every success and every shareholder ten times more .

Very nearly witty.
This is the Bob scenario;
Meet cool dude at bar
He buys everyone shots
He repeatedly tells you how good the bar is
He gets drunk
He tells you that the music now sucks and he hates the DJ
He pukes everywhere
He shouts at everyone that the bar is crap
He leaves the bar, by himself
People won't remember the fun guy, they'll remember the guy who left the bar ungracefully

Can i ask why your having a go at Bob, Bob decided to let you all get on with your investments and i am taking a back seat until after the results , So you get 2 choices, leave the people who sold in peace or create a battle field of bad feeling again, Its your choice.
Regards myself , I have my views on Bids, They are not great at the moment and there is a good chance that the action over the last 24 hours are day traders who will be selling out at 12p. But thats my view.
Their are a lot of people who i like and respect on this chat , Count been one of them and Wilson another, They are willing to listen to other peoples views.
So in my opinion, Its best not to gloat at the people who sold out because you never know what will be in the next RNS.
I say good luck to you all and wish you well in your investments, In the mean time, I am taking a back seat and i will buy back once the time is right , That might be at 5p or 25p, Who know's Not me.
Hey Bob who bailed , with you 10k loss , you should of taken time out and do a bit of gardening , that would of relaxed you more. You were in so long and held strong but the likes of helx finnaly got to you. Maybe a lesson for us all , don't always take in what the derampers say as they can tarnish your clear vision of a great company.
