Chancers with regard the funding - retail funding would be last on the list. He has to use his board to get institutional money.
The one thing is they are all involved in that area of the industry.
They will show all the deals in place to their mates and offers will be made accordingly. Mercia kicking in cornerstone investment would be good. They married Pubguard to Bids so they are intimately involved with us , Hayes is on the board for a variety of reasons, that being one of them.
Institutionals will do it at a discount but I don't think it will be crazy low, as they know they will crater the stock and it will be uninvestable. The fact the money is in will sure up the company and it can get moving. Everything is predicated on the deal pipeline and NDA's, which they see and we don't.
Amen brother. One thing JD knows is be better run down to the local pet shop and spend a few quid because this guy needs to pull more than one rabbit out the hat.
He probably has trade agreements in place from what he was intimating - what he has not got is inventory. The guy needs the right titles so the agencies can sell the concept. Remember Ironsauce had 25% bought from CVC partners for £1.5 billion and they are analogue ads.
Whether he comes in or out the bunker now is irrelevant - deals are all that count. There is beta testing and integration on games - we just have to pray they are the right quality.
Draper will find it very difficult to get money out of the already severely out of pocket shareholders and i think even the biggest of dreamers may now be thinking they should have read the signs a little better. Most people only have to feel that they have been misled once, before they decide that enough is enough. Things could have been so very different if somebody had of been a little more realistic with their forecasts and not gone so unusually quiet for a long period of time.
who honestly is going to buy bids knowing that placing is going to take place, Feel sorry for the ones who had taken part in the last one with a 50% paper loss, They will be feeling mugged and will be thinking twice about investing in the next funding.
IMO , The next funding has to be lower than the SP or investors will not buy in, Why should they when they can buy in at 6.60p .
The funding is the elephant in the room, JD needs to get the funding done and out of the way
Any thoughts on directors forward selling through MMS to accumulate a sizeable amount here. Would make sense (as no one on the board seems to fancy investing their own money). They could then make a statement about being part of the new placing from free cash. Difficult to know where the true bottom is until we get funding plans.
