A special investigator must submit proposals that facilitate environmental and climate-improving investments and achieve faster and simpler review processes (Directive 2020: 86). The inquiry will present its report on 15 December 2021.
Pocko, it seems that he is trying to link the environmental process to the permit process, which could mean that the existing applications will wait for the new documents to be assessed. If that is the case, the document will of course be 3 months late and then the application will be reviewed. This would mean no answer till mid 22.
Kallak doesn't seem to be any more under review than 2 years ago. This is nuts
That’s Baylans ‘Get of jail free card’ in respect of further questions in relation to the general application process. He’s kicked that particular can down the road. But the Kallak issue isn’t so simple...
Beyond the update on the 26th, there isn’t much KB can say, but some form of update confirming any likely impact on our application would be reassuring.
Can you imagine the ....CAB and The Environmental Protection Agency?
Yes it is shocking... But let’s find out what it actually means in terms of our application? My guess is very little, but we shall see.
Yes, Pocko...there's no good reason to read that the Dec 21 will have anything to do with our application, which should be judged asap according to the law...the proposed revised laws obviously are intended to make it faster not slower. Lol. Nevertheless, it is still shocking to read such jargon. Our next goal post seemingly is the response from UNESCO whatever that may be.
For the benefit of everyone that clearly hasn’t read the rely, nor perhaps understood what it might actually mean?
Lars Mejern Larsson has asked me if, in the light of what has been said in the question, I intend to take the initiative to make the permit processes more efficient.
Sweden has good conditions for being at the forefront of climate change in business and industry. Recently, we have seen large and important investments in Swedish industry that contribute to climate change and electrification. These are investments that will also create jobs, contribute to increased competitiveness and more welfare.
The Government considers that processing times should be reduced, in order to strengthen the conditions for companies' growth, competitiveness and adaptability. Long processing times have a negative effect on companies' growth and competitiveness.
A special investigator must submit proposals that facilitate environmental and climate-improving investments and achieve faster and simpler review processes (Directive 2020: 86). The inquiry will present its report on 15 December 2021.
Efficient permit processes also require that the review authorities have the conditions to carry out their assignment. In order to shorten the processing times and strengthen the work with environmental assessment and environmental supervision, additional funds were added to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's and the county administrative boards' administrative appropriations in the budget bill for 2021.
Kallak is an ongoing application...
That is not an answer...that's an unfunny sort of joke. A report in December '21...how do they get away with it, it's shocking!
And it’s the Helena Antoni (M) question that specifically mentions Kallak
It doesn’t impact upon our application... or at least it shouldn’t.
And this is considered to be an answer. With a report due on December 15th 2021.
Oh my god. As I have expressed before, how the hell do such people maintain employment
Thanks Nalfaren, much appreciated.
Hi everyone, Nalfaren here. I post quite a bit on Avanza and Facebook.
Here is a link to where written answers on the questions will be added:

And let’s not lose sight of the fact that anything in Parliament is simply political theatre....
He got another week to come up with excuses :)
"I don’t think he has responded yet. Deadline is 10/3. It will be on the same page as my question I do believe.
Vänligen,
Helena Antoni"
I talked to Helena Antoni briefly on mail yesterday and have just asked if he has replied and where I can see the reply if he has. Should get a reply today and will update in here as soon as I have :)
If anyone has any info on how Baylan dealt with that question that RUNE1 posted the other day, that'd be a welcome.
another NOTHING day!
Well, I hope it's well done and a triumph of hope over experience.
Morning Tintin...well done, let's hope it's the bottom. :-)
went up to 0.569 sek today - Bought some at 4.275p - reckon that is likely to be the lowest for a while - the UNESCO view could turn up any moment..only way is up!
