Fulmer...well said
Ella. "then in my opinion"-you've had a lot of them, primarily designed to ruin this company.Just do one ! You are trying to sound like a genuine contributor after you tried to destroy this company along with your mates. You went from criticizing the boards actions without knowing what you were talking about, grasping at anything you perceived could be seen as a negative.,ignorantly dissing the grades, and taking joy in physical disruption , ending it all in another dumb statement i.e. 1.6p- you are a parasite of parasites who craves attention and is now desperately seeking to gain some kind of credibility, who sees stocks and companies as a plaything and something to be lied about and manipulated to your own sick agenda !- "Blue chip" nothing lady, you are a total irrelevant estate agent with a fantasy image of your own importance "I demand" "You must" etc.etc. Barking bloody mad and too late ! Scum !
Cattleman,
I think the big selling pressure will be gone in 2 months. FQM drilled over 100,000m in the first year they had Sentinel. A lot of this will have been infill drilling so a bit different to what will initially be required on ARC's Zambian licences. Assuming the deal gets signed, if there is any indication that AA have sufficient motivation to approach the drilling with the same vigour as FQM did, then in my opinion the SP will benefit.
I don't think that the warrants have significantly suppressed the sp. I think that bb's in poor market times focus on anything that could possibly be a negative. This was over 8p on rumour of a JV with court cases unresolved ,all the warrants in existence and Casa unresolved. Go figure !!!! When the JV is signed, there will be some waiting on drill schedules and then drill grades-"there's always a reason not to invest yet if you look hard enough". MMs know where this is going, and loving where it is. Manipulation is so much easier when you can see into the future, I would obviously have preferred the sp to start moving on the JV news, but a lot will say "if only I had" when it starts to move -It will-I'm relaxed P.S. not advising anyone to invest, this will do it's own thing without pi's. Commodities are a reasonable /strong hedge against world inflation-nothing is immune but what will recover first and best ? --GLA-LTH
Yes i agree they are a minor matter overall, but why i ask the question is i have had a few ask me how long the warrants will surpress the share price, my answer has been the same as yours they want this signed as early as possible and when its done we should rise....but this is aim and anything could happen...time will as always tell
FWIW the warrants to me are a minor matter (" a side issue") A's and B's (see below)- 1. If they get taken up we get some cash (we don't need it) 2.If they expire it's a bonus for shareholders (less overall shares in issue) 3.Some might be negotiated/traded to another II to take them. But overall It's a very small percentage that would be irrelevant on the first morning of news that the JV is signed. "All on track"
Mature cattle ? https://www.redmayne.co.uk/RedmayneBentley/media/Redmayne-Bentley/Forms%20and%20Brochures/Fact-Sheet_Warrants-and-Covered-Warrants.pdf?ext=.pdf
So next question is how many are left to mature ,if thats the correct term to use
People are confusing Block A and Block B warrants. For clarity ...
On 23rd Feb 2022 (Block B) there were :
56.67m at 3p expiring 17 June 2022
10m at 4.5p expiring 01 July 2022
5.76m at 4.5p expiring 17 April 2024
5.5m at 4.5p expiring 4 December 2024
On 14th April (Block A) there were:
1m at 2.25p expiring 1 November 2022
0.55m at 2.55p expring 1 April 2024
0.98m at 2.9p expiring 16 May 2023
22.49m at 3p expiring 17 June 22
In addition as part of the legal settlement we have 3m at 5p expiring on 31 March 2024
So those interested in 3p warrants. At the last block listing reports we had a total of ~79m warrants outstanding to expire 17 June
So how confiedent are we there were 22.5m on 14th april? If so there cant be that many left surely?
So much to look forward imo. I still cant believe we are trading here!
I wonder if bod are in closed period, hence no director transactions??
Hopefully nick will do a couple of those proactive type interviews to tell our story.
Have a good w/e all.
Ah I see it’s the term remaining from 31st December 2020 so warrant expiry works out to be 16th June 2022 I think. That makes sense if it was a 2 year term originally.
Then 22.5m remaining on 14th April.
As Ella says, the Feb 23rd Block Listing RNS shows that there were apx 57m 3p warrants unexpired at that time.
I'm reading the same.
1.46 years indicate they are expired.
https://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/5614N_1-2021-9-30.pdf
Page 59 has the 3p warrants issued on 17th June 2020. Strange that the term is listed as 1.46 years, maybe I'm misunderstanding that but shouldn't that mean they expired or were exercised already?
The RNS from the 21st Sept 2020 and 23rd Feb 2021 give the details of the two block listings.
RNS 14/4 ?
110m @ 3p 17th June someone said in Telegram I think.
10m @ 4.5p 1st July.
Please check to verify but it should be inline with this.
Anyone know what date in June is the 3p warrant execise cut off? I have had trawl back through RNSs but can't find the relevant date.
Not just some warrants recently but MM settlement shares will have been sold and as Sonic says-supply drying up slowly.
After constantly being on the offer dishing out the warrants.
