Found it difficult to read on my phone so apologies if misunderstood but does it say 2 shareholders have been invited to attend ?
Prudently our SP should be 10p +, if we were listed in Canada as well 25p+. Massively undervalued, caused by relentless seller, clear the seller and this will rerate.

That is correct they can be held in treasury. They can then sell if need liquidity. I suggested the same a while back. I agree this would be a happy medium as don’t want to loose liquidity and they could sell like raising cash at higher sp.

BOD must think we are too cheap at current price. Threat of buy back should help raise the price.
Fingers crossed more news this week, we should get the May update tomorrow or Thursday .

Completely agree Triggerboy, to be fair i pretty much agree with most of your posts.
I think at current prices a 10% buyback is an absolute bargain, think been discussed before (I know not everyone would be a fan) but I think would help lift the SP. Also could be left in treasury and sold back to market at a later date as I understand it ?
We have an undervalued share price and the potential threat of someone buying us on the cheap, i will be amazed if ARGO's bod dont use the share buyback to boost the SP..
Totally agree, Rosewall.
Thanks for the link, Wmsjames. Promising, although: "The directors do not currently have any intention of exercising the authority granted by this resolution. The directors will only exercise the authority to purchase ordinary shares where they consider that such purchases will be in the best interests of the Company and the shareholders generally. " But promising

Like you I am not expecting great results but satisfied because, for the less efficient miners, we expect to see a hellish set of results :-)
Even allowing for depreciation asset base worth at least 40% more than current market cap. In reality if you want to buy a miner without all the hard work of setting up, buy Argo ! Need SP above 8p to make this less attractive an option ASAP....
Difficulty has remained high this month (only down 6% since halving); hash rate down 20% max?; BTC price remains subdued vs expectations; while rewards per block are down 50%... if these figures are correct (and please correct me if I'm wrong), I think this month's results won't be great for ARB unfortunately. Also, wasn't the 1m loan supposed to be paid back in June with FCF?
A fascinating proposition. Could well be the scheme. After all millions have already been "acquired" from IPO, now technically lost in the creation of a valuable asset base ready to be stripped.
Gen Goodman, the crypto trader author, long on BTC again. JP Morgan now trading it too.
All looking positive - except the share price!!
I find it hard to believe it's day traders because of the volume. So what else that sells day in day out in 100k or more chunks?
Chunky crypto dump
Poptimist - what do you mean by a "selling operation"?
I really am at a loss here. BTC flying and looking very strong after halving. $3000 up and ARB strategy for the halving appearing excellent with thousands of new machines, little and soon, no debt, well placed to buy Antmine 19 machines to hold their superior position against older equipped, less efficient miners. It should be anywhere between 20/50p without embarrassment. What do we get? Nothing from the Company to boost confidence and a selling operation in constant use to deliberately depress what should be a much higher share value? Why?
