Only the drill bit in Q2 will prove if its commercial BM, but Helium seeps @ a very high 10% concentration at surface bodes well, question is, is it trapped and can they id and drill those traps?
Funded for 2d infill and 3 drills, more than enough to find out it seems.
Steve58 - PRE have a motherload of NdPr rare earths, their mine has doubled in size since listing on the LSE. rare earth miners are rare, as much as in PRE are the only pure NdPr miner listed on LSE. Yet the IPO was 26p and fell to 20p and sat there for a month before it kicked -off.
Yes helium is the new buzz word, but AOGL conversion means to buy now you're betting on a multiple IPO price on the day. Yes, helium seeping from the ground.. does that prove it's commercial?
You will find out on BLACK FRIDAY, don't wonder Black Fridays are very very common on the Stock Exchange.
It’s great to see we have attracted derampers. This means that investors want to get you to sell to get in at a lower price!
Opening price prediction half a penny, tops. Beware another 1 millionen deal may come through. Dream on.
Looks like this is going down like a lead balloon, helium ballongs are supposed to go up, NOT DOWN.
Good morning Merlin, it was over subscribed. £8.6 million i think the vigure was. So yes all already sold.
Good morning Magoo247, Thank you for your encouraging messages.
ATB.
Thanks again Gist , still very new to shares so am a bit nervous of missing something. I'll keep an eye on my Halifax account.
ATB.
Need them to list at about £15 to get the money back that I initially invested in Northcote.
Thank you for confirming that.
Yes Merlin they would still get converted, Attis shares stop trading on the 3rd I think and are auto transferred to H1 shares on the 4th. My experience with AJ Bell is that they normally take a few days to catch up so I wouldn't expect to trade them for the first week which should be fine by me.
Just wondering if I buy now before merger my shares would get converted - unsure to purchase prior 4th December.
IMO the only way this will go belly up is if they cannot find enough helium to produce on a commercially. I think about as much chance as living in a shoe box on the M1.
Gas is seeping to the surface so looks very likely that it is there in commercial quantities.
I’m hoping for a share price in excess of 6p on or soon after dealing commences.
Should be interesting opening in view of other helium shares so’s and the reserves they have in place. The fact that we have at least 40 times more than our nearest rival and are drill ready should have a bearing on the share price.
I see that all the holders and believers have loaded up and now waiting patiently for Helium One take off. But now that we're quietly waiting, there's an increase of new people or those who sold and now trying to cause fear and uncertainty among us and new investors to try to lower the price and get a better entry point.
I'm just putting it as it is so any new investor coming to this board knows what's going on.
Looking at the share price over the last few days, seeing that it's maintaining more than 100% over the placing price, I say this is a strong indicator we'll see this opening at a big 'Premium'.
Thanks for the advice, Forthwin. Sincerely, GLA.
Look at the share price over the last few days, I cannot see this opening at a big 'Premium'.
Afternoon Chris.
We are all showing our age here.
Say no more.
Paper Bag. LUXURY!!!!
You have paper bag? So lush!
You got it easy, paper bag in the middle of the M1 with 20 kids.
DJG - it’s all relative - I’m living in a shoe box in the middle of the road !
Same here, got 240 million of these
