JR's initial valuation (1-2 billion)might be correct if AP101 get over the line but 6 billion is fantasy land.

Not sure whether your post is in reply to my 12.46 but if so, have another read of the last paragraph. The point re. a fundraise was to Wexford, I was agreeing with you.
alphabravo - see sec filings
'Our American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing five ordinary shares of Amryt Pharma plc, have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol “AMYT.” The ADSs are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on July 8, 2020.'
Wexford - the NASDAQ listing isn't being accompanied by a fundraise, as JR934 has said, it just means that AMYT stock can be traded on NASDAQ.
is a positive move in principle and nice to see this start to gain a little momentum.
However, it does expose shareholders to a significant currency exchange risk.
We are buying into the dollar at a very expensive price now.
