Truth,
I thought they had batteries powering villages in Africa. So Lionvolt sale could be an assets and shares sale? I mean Kevin has outstanding shares he hasn't sold. And that Pinnacle deal, they have insisted that it was still on at the last minute when they gave up. All made up stories anyway.
Good article. Really no hope at all. Thanks for posting it Joe
What products?
They didn’t have any !
'Stock sold to purchaser' seems more likely products they have worked on are likely that stock referred to.
As per Mr AC's Telegram request, his latest post

I'm not familiar with any of this Malarky
But here is an article that maybe helpful, Jcool
https://groww.in/blog/what-happens-when-a-stock-is-delisted
"stock sold to purchaser" , I saw this as one of the provisions and whatever it means for now I don't know. I have read somewhere before that it is easier for a security to be sold than be cancelled off. So today I received a letter from HL detailing what I should do since AMTE has been delisted from AIM and here's an excerpt: "If you don’t have a Fund & Share Account, we’ll automatically place your holding into an inactive version after Monday 15 March 2024,". So I don't know what this means for now except that I need to transfer them to a different account type. Perhaps HL could explain it to me if I'd call them because I know they took have shares uncovered worth around £50k with AMTE.
What hope have i got?????????.If financial acumen like that can be conned defrauded and scammed then im dead in the water.
BRUNDISH AND PINNACLE ROT IN HELL.
TRP
Morgan Stanley has c£500k, Hargreaves Lansdowne etc
https://insolvency-insider.co.uk/p/amte-power-case-update
I was looking at the list of shareholders who hasn't cash out their ordinary shares and NatWest has got £58K worth. Even NatWest must have been fooled by the Pinnacle rescue supposedly.🤔

AIM REGULATION
I have just submitted a lengthy email to aimregulation@lseg.com, which is in addition to my submissions to the FCA and SFO.
I would like to say a massive thanks to the person running the AMTE Corruption Facebook group for all their hard work.
It's not new that companies are sued when they have misled investors. Here's Rolls Royce and then there's Disney even Tesla got sued.

Devil, you are doing a grand job. Your anger is understandable and justified. Continue to fight the good fight and report and then report some more. The FCA have began to be more proactive of recent years.
We will get justice. We will not stop until we do.
Please review the most recent post and report accordingly:

Hi, is this something that the FCA has in its scope? From here: https://www.fca.org.uk/about/what-we-do/our-perimeter it would seem to be outside of their remit. So, making a noise won't make any difference.
Just report to FCA regulation authorities . May not go anywhere , but have a right to raise issues about whats happened
Got an email today from fca says lionvolt no knowledge. kevin brundish no information.
