lol chrisengland, trust me you don't want to bring up the tech topic with me.... AWS just the infrastructure...what's run on it??... anyway gl with your new company idea...
A FCA approved business is alot more than clicking a few buttons within the AWS marketplace, yes that gives you a framework infrastructure but the value of the business is in their custom written applications and consumption of services to provide the speed of a new lender making an application for a loan. Everything is driven by software and analytics. This business can't be duplicated within even a medium term timeframe.
@chrisengland really? that's impressive, since you are in the tech area... I am sure you know how long it would take to just have the software infrastructure ready alone to facilitate the business process and yes forget your 0 customer base, team recruiting lead time, fac licence approval process etc.... I have to say that's a crazy idea to use a brand new company compare with AMGO!!!!
acaciatan - a lovely pint of Timothy Taylors will do ta - wish you had an easier name to spell : )
Good luck setting up a potential Future readmitted ftse 250 candidate for less than £200m. :)

Cant go back on his sell.
Now what if.
Jb is selling his stock to a company that he is a part of.
Think about it.
Why would he give his baby away for next to nothing.
This man is not silly.
I think there will be a plot twist.
Also. His agreement to sell 1% is binding. He cant change his mind on it. So stop with the thinking he will cancel it
