FCI did you join the investors group? If so I will draft a letter and send raising your concerns.
BB, one might think lots of things and one might be wrong a lot of the time. You certainly are on this occasion and next time you contact the company directly perhaps you could ask why they are refusing to reply to other shareholders, including me, who are asking perfectly reasonable questions.
I would be delighted to see proper newsflow and watch the share price rise and the reason that I have made recent "habit" of challenging the company's approach is because they don't seem to learn from their mistakes or even accept that have made any. If other people want to sit like frogs in slowly boiling water then that is fine but I will continue to make noise until someone wakes up and addresses the problem.
I believe in the technology but am far from impressed with the approach to investor confidence since the demo day. It would be very easy to fix and if AB isn't bothered about it then he should move on and let someone else take over!
One might almost think you were one of the shorter gang FCI, this sort of post is becoming a habit, and it has no effect on them, only provides ammo for those that want to talk down the price. If I ever have problems with what the company are doing I contact them directly rather than trying to stir up unrest on the boards.
Having groups of shorters out there attacking a company makes it even more important for the company in question to ensure that it has a sound strategy for maintaining investor confidence and combating the attack.
I note that further pressure is being applied on the share price as I type so thank goodness that AB and his colleagues are engaging so clearly, transparently and regularly with the market in order to calm everyone's nerves rather than randomly raising funds at discounted prices each time the share price rises, ignoring shareholder emails, offering discounted share options to directors, making vague comments in RNSs and purposefully avoiding providing any substantive updates to the market. Happy days!
Yeah I have seen a few of their views, and can say I donāt agree with a lot of them. This one just tickled me.
Will be more positive from now on. Promise. :-)
Scare profits just look for companies that have had good rises and try to short them down in an organised attack. Should be locked up....
They get frustrated, or worried, when the price is going up.....
Piller, ************* are a bunch of shorters . Sadly for them they are not having much success today.
Ha, itās not only us getting frustrated. Share prophets feeling the it to.
After 12 years and 9 months on the AIM market doing what almost appears to be random things with fuel cells other than burn cash, AFC Energy (AFC) showcased its latest product - the H PowerTM Electric Vehicle (EV) charger - to retail investors back in December. This is clearly delivery of the IPO statement āThe Company has a sole focus on producing commercially viable fuel cellsā, or perhaps not ā over 12 years to achieve no material sales?! Given the lack of success of its prior commercialisation ideas, and more importantly the operating costs associated with its latest ideas, I do not foresee a wonderfully wealthy future for shareholders. In fact I see nothing positive at all...
From yesterday .
Itās been over 10 years for me. Iām in profit with my holdings just so frustrated with the running and carrot dangling of the company. I believe in the tech and what they can achieve, but when asked, they are a research and development company. They put across for YEARS we are on the cusp of going commercial. Every milestone reached, joint ventures, everything is fast tracked.
Just reading some of the old rns makes me feel embarrassed for being sucked in, and I expect thereās alot on hear feeling the same. Donāt get me wrong Iām going to see it through, after 10+ years would be daft not to. For some strange reason I bet I will be here after bond is gone lol.
Blimey, you couldnāt make it up, sadly you missed in your post the phrase āacceleration to commercialism ā all set out over 5 years ago. LTHās on this board cannot be accused of impatience.
I will give him one thing. Consistent. Using the same old words, Commercial, fast track, deployment, miles stones.
Has anything change from this letter from 2014?? Iām sure he could be charged for miss leading share holders.
