Kentan, you have to forget about the old company, even this new board of directors have stated in interviews that is was badly run previously and that they are doing their best to erase the old boards legacy issues. This new board are doing everything possible for the company value and shareholders, all their actions so far have proved that to me, these people have reputable careers and titles, they are not going to jeopardize them
Early_Bird
I have been involved with this company far longer than you ... it has been a catalogue of disasters dating back to previous incarnations. I won't repeat them as most of us know of the Mexican bandits, Nigerian billionaires, the questionable Dr. Johnny & his Chinese cronies & Dodgy Sheikhs etc. ... no wonder I am sceptical. .... Once bitten etc.
Many of us lost faith a long time ago and are just hanging on in case of a miracle (doesn't seem like Superdialectrics will now do an RTO with us to come to market... )
The new BOD is much better and welcome, I hope they live up to their name ... but ADME is tarnished and it will take a lot to restore the faith.
Old MXO board here was Stefan the con artist Oliver... he is long gone!
New Board consists of Ex Shell and oil major management in Peter Francis and Osa instrumental in getting deals done for these supermajors out in West Africa and other far flung parts of the world and hence have brought with them excellent reputations with heavyweights such as Trafigura.
Also new on the ADME board is Henry Bellingham an ex MP and Foreign Office Minister for Africa, The UN etc.. worth a google ;)
Also new Dr Stefan Liebing joined ADME board of directors and is the Chairman of Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft e.V., the prestigious German-African Business Association, where as part of his role, he advises the German Government on investment in Africa. He chaired the G20 Compact with Africa investment summits in 2018 and 2019,.
New BOD have just dual listed ADME on the German exchange as theyre getting demand there from German investors reason being Germans have a huge gas turbine market in Nigeria and ADME fits in well with their business strategy.
Quite an impressive new team!
Sir Henry Bellingham, former UK Government Minister for Africa, joins ADM Energy
ADM Energy PLC (AIM: ADME; BER and FSE: P4JC), an oil and gas investing company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sir Henry Bellingham as Non-executive Director with immediate effect.

In 2016, Sir Henry was Knighted in the New Year Honours list for Parliamentary and political service.

Peter Francis, Non-executive Chairman of ADM, said: "It is a great pleasure to welcome Sir Henry to ADM Energy, which further strengthens the Board following the appointment of Dr Stefan Liebing earlier this month. The addition of Sir Henry, with his high-ranking contacts and expertise in Africa, will be a great asset to ADM as we push forward our strategy to expand our investment portfolio across Nigeria and West Africa."
On his appointment, Sir Henry Bellingham commented: "It is an exciting time to join ADM and work alongside an ambitious team determined to drive forward its expansion plans in West Africa. Pays to spend some time researching this new company
https://www.petroleum-economist.com/articles/corporate/finance/2020/trafigura-goes-upstream
We knew the ADM management previously, so when they approached us asking if we would want to do something at the cooperation level, as opposed to them tendering their barrels or talking to traders for financing, we said, “why not?” It is a well-managed company and it is listed in London, which is very rare for an African player
This BOD is a totally new team to the old MXO management.
Kentan you appear incredibly out of the loop here, worth you listening to the recent call with the new management team they go through everything in good detail there
