Just listened to an interview

Strong Buy

with Peter Earl regarding the results, IPC turbines, foreign exchange losses, Bolivia and power production. All very interesting and shows excellent foresight if you ask me. The redeeming point is that if they had waited for the Bolivian tribunal decision, they would possibly have been behind any competition in the North east of Chile, which is DESPERATE for power for the burgeoning copper mining industry up there. This way, they are expecting revenue in 12 - 15 months from that power station and a listing on the Lima S EX with possible trading at double the existing company value.
