Seems to be the usual ie shareholders being stitched up. I've sent a couple of emails to the company but they can't be bothered to reply. Asset match seems to be a way to get two hollies and a frog for your shareholding. I'd move on and consider it as a lesson learnt which is annoying. You can get more annoyed by looking at the company website as they are apparently marvellous.
