Still turning
Fri 23:55
Again mostly sells yet the buy price stays up and actually full ask today very misleading with their up and down percentage. Now a little scenario if the Viking has not increased his holding since March. Buy some lately at low 2 p wait till next April suddenly increase holdings to 80 % then everyone has to take his takeover offer of his least price paid per share in the last year. Then he pays the debt a lot cheaper, he says he has plans. Upto him and his cohorts what he does then. A quick fifty mill I reckon if he liquidates everyhting, or could try to make a go of it with the debt off his back. Absolutely no use to us LTH but would at leat love to see e him kick Golden and this complicit B o D in the nuts than let Cashleys mates get all the cash.

With a market cap of just over 2 million the market seems to think jpr is going bust. Well at least that’s what the mms are pricing in because the price movement isn’t driven by share volume.

They seem to be pricing in a golden tree takeover and sell off assets in a fire sale with nothing left for shareholders. This is absolutely possible BUT not certain. To do this is both costly for golden tree administratively and they wouldn’t get fair value for the assets - maybe 140m after cost - so there are alternatives that would get them more value and also leave equity for shareholders.

One alternative would simply be for them to accept say 150mill for the bonds - which would be more than alternative 1 - and the Viking and his friends to refinance like he said he had lined up. The market seems to have completely discounted this possibility but I’m not so sure - Liberium have a target price of 36p based on discounted cash flows even after building in falling revenues so there are options but it would depend on golden tree operating rationally.

I have lost around 75% of my investment at these levels so it isn’t really worth me piling out now and I’ve been adding a little recently on the basis of risk reward but appreciate that it could be zero.

Good luck all
