RE: Another week gone.Today 09:10
Amit Ben-Haim has certainly left us ‘all’ in a quagmire but with all these kind hearted visitors to this chat, offering their words of wisdom, knowledge & evidence of wrong doing 🤣, I’m quite glad I’m in the position I am, a shareholder who purchased shares 7+ years ago.
The company got delisted in February/ March 2017, then there were years of nothing, most slowly giving up and to the latter years, Amit gives us a life line, and to this day, no one really knows what exactly is going on apart from the evidence in the company updates.
So who’s bums are squeaking the most;
Team A- Shareholders.
Team B- Friendly bystanders, non shareholders (aka-Most likely borrowed shares & took a short position).
Team A, Invested years ago, thought the company had gone down the pan. Amit ‘apparently’ turns it around and agrees a Licensing Deal & sale of DaaP.
As of today, no legal action can be taken.
Team B, Borrowed shares, many moons ago after reading articles written by a ‘Sheriff of the AIM’🤣🤠
and also got their investment locked in and are still waiting their payday.
Same again, as of today, no legal action can be taken.
We are all waiting for a possible payday and Amit can keep this rolling for another year or so.
I’m quite contented to be in Team A👍.
The shorters thought their payday was in March 2017, oh dear, they are still here waiting.
