Checked the times and it did line up with the introduction of the new dietary supplement regulation. Must be why it was canned.
Currently, JuneYao food (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. plans to invest 400 million yuan, (39 Braun Road Quzhou green industry cluster number, see Annex 3) in the open The Zhejiang Sheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. to provide new factories, office buildings and so on milk beverage production facilities. Project land area 66660.9m2, after the completion of an annual output of 180,000 tons can be formed"Taste power"Lactic acid bacteria beverages and"Qin drink"Lactic acid drinks water production capacity, annual sales income of 1.5 billion yuan, profits of 165 million yuan, with good economic returns.
The Qin Drink by Werdery was launched a good while back in China. Following a successful launch it just disappeared. At the time they had submitted planning permission of a new factory to produce the drinks at massive volume. I think that likely got affected by the new regulation in China for dietary supplements.
I think there is a chance that this may re-appear when BH has regulatory clearance in place. Hope so, as the projected volumes were rather exciting.
Your fears don't appear to have put By-Health off at all so I think I will hold for now :)
You are quite right Gixer I could not have been taking FF for 13 years , lets say it was the poetic licence of the less patient . I do admire the fans of PXS that think it will all come good , in a fair world it should but we know what big pharma are like. China is now in turmoil over the housing market collapse , the middle classes wealth will be shrinking fast.

not seen this share in a long long time, i remember when this was the next cure for cancer and peaked at 21p!, i got lovely little day trade out of that and loads got locked in, thats aim market and reason i dont trade it anymore. Always a gamble and always getting tapped up by the BOD's for share issues and consolidations. To many good quality shares out there to be messing with aim, saying that i am surprised to still see this share here so something good must have come out of it?

You seem to have three options Nazir - Sell, Hold or Buy.
Not sure what you hope to get from the constant whining.
Will be looking to top up here when not focusing elsewhere.
Hopefully next few years we will start to realise potential, but if not will just hold or buy more.
From last years results.
"Commercialisation
Due to the terms of the Alliance Agreement, Provexis is largely dependent on DSM in respect of the
development, production, marketing and commercialisation of Fruitflow. Fruitflow is solely reliant on DSM
under the terms of the Alliance Agreement for its commercialisation."
As Gix says, it has been and remains the responsibility of DSM to market FF. They mainly focus on selling the science to other businesses and providing them with the information to market their own products. There are maybe 150 products out there? and a large prospective pipeline of other businesses potentially launching products. So it has worked, but perhaps not at the pace we hoped for.
In 2023 PXS will control FF and should be in profit and have money to spend. Will they focus on end customers or businesses? Hopefully a bit of both.
Another down day
For the last 12 years its been the responsibility of DSM for sales and marketing of Fruitflow.
Provexis launched Fruitflow + in June 2016 and has had some advertising in the media in that time to include National Radio, local and national Press and magazines social media and YouTube etc. All done on a tightly managed budget so any expected T.V. advert during Coronation Street was never going to be an option.
Sirco was relaunched by Multiple marketing in 2009 so was not the responsibility of PXS to advertise at that time.
2023 will be the time for Provexis to market Fruitflow.
Just for interest.
The first supplement available was Swanson (August 2011) in the U.S. but don't remember when any supplement was available in the U.K.
If you were taking Sirco 13 years ago it would probably have cost you more than £15 a month. If my memory is correct???
Gixer i have spent getting on for £2.3 K on FF (£15 a month for 13 years ish ) not once in that time has PXS put an Ad anywhere that would make an impact , instead they send emails to the already converted , it is PATHETIC .
If anyone on here has had any success at converting anyone to FF then please share your success stories , I am sure I and IF will learn something from them since we both have a rubbish record at promoting FF , and yes he will be reading this BB as he has little else to do for his £100K plus share hand outs.
Very disappointing share
Seems to relate to this study/publication.

Investors questions:- (to by-health)
"Hi! I know that the company is currently researching products such as pcc1, NAD+, qingluoxin" (Fruitflow) "etc. Some products have even been researched for seven or eight years. Can the company give a deadLine in this regard, and can it be in the theoretical stage?"
Answer:-
"Hello! There are uncertainties in the commercialization cycle of related products based on prospective basic research results, which are related to domestic health food-related regulations and policies. Thanks for attention."
You can't blame them for trying :)
The substantial multiples definitely seems to apply to DSM pipeline.
"DSM's existing and prospective pipeline customers for Fruitflow as a straight ingredient (not a Premix or Market-Ready solution) will transfer to become direct customers of Provexis WEF 1 January 2023. The customers which are set to be transferred to Provexis represent a significant majority of DSM's total sales of Fruitflow in the calendar year ended 31 December 2021; the total projected annual sales value of the prospective sales pipeline for Fruitflow continues to stand at a substantial multiple of existing annual sales."
Whereas for BH it says:
"If By-Health is successful in obtaining a new permitted health function claim for functional health foods such as Fruitflow that can demonstrate an anti-platelet effect, it is currently expected that this would result in some significant orders for Fruitflow, potentially at a multiple of current total sales values."
So the forecast is "substantial multiple of existing annual sales" (DSM) + "potentially at a multiple of current total sales values" (BH).
On top of this we then have the new gut microbiome, FF + Nitrates, FF +Omega3 in China and By-Health distribution (now indicated that it may include many multi-national companies).
It is funny to see the differences in marketing here in the UK compared to elsewhere in the world. In our marketing we would have grey haired man/women making a heart shape with their hands. In other countries they'd have a grey haired guy dying of heart attack in the burning sun.
The extra task of maintaining body temperature is stressful on the cardio function. Having smoother bloodflow, and less aggravated platelets, will logically be a benefit to health.
Can't see anything controversial in telling the world that fact.
and its a desperate email why?

Record summer temperatures = high alert for your cardiovascular system!
Fruitflow helps you to combat the effects of heat stress and reduce the risk of blood clots.
With Europe experiencing some of the hottest temperatures on record, we should all be looking at ways of staying hydrated and keeping cool. It’s also important to remember that high temperatures cause real stress to our cardiovascular systems, putting both our platelets and heart under pressure.
It can be hard to stay properly hydrated during hot weather, but getting enough fluids is crucial for managing not only body temperature, but also how sticky our platelets become. When we are dehydrated, blood clots form more quickly than normal, and they can trigger significant problems with our circulation.
When our platelets are smooth they circulate easily, transporting vital nutrition and oxygen to our organs, as well as regulating body temperature and strengthening the immune system. However, if they become sticky they can stick to the blood vessels and send out signals for other platelets to join them to form a clot. While this is obviously vital in an injury, it’s dangerous if it happens inside a blood vessel.
Stay hydrated and protect your body from blood clots. Stock up on some Fruitflow for extra protection this summer.
Fruitflow+ Omega-3 helps maintain normal platelet aggregation which contributes to healthy blood flow, thus reducing the likelihood of an aberrant blood clot of the type which leads to health complications including heart attack or stroke.
To see how Fruitflow can stop the wrong sort of blood clot from forming, there is a short video which demonstrates Fruitflow in action:

New research brings even more reasons for a natural approach to cardiovascular health.
Why Fruitflow+ Omega-3 might just be the natural preventative you are looking for to keep on top of your cardiovascular health.
A recent study by the US Preventive Services Task Force recommends against initiating low-dose aspirin use for the primary prevention of CVD in adults 60 years or older, and states that for adults aged 40 to 59 evidence indicates that the net benefit of aspirin use is small.
Daily aspirin has an irreversible effect on blood platelets, bringing their normal signalling close to a complete halt, so that the blood clots much more slowly - up to ten times more slowly than normal. This effect is permanent as long as aspirin is taken, and for some time afterwards. Essentially, platelets are so strongly affected by aspirin that the body can struggle to control blood clotting. This can result in internal bleeding or excessive blood loss following an injury.
For this reason, it’s not recommended that anyone takes aspirin on a daily basis unless they have consulted a doctor.
In contrast, Fruitflow® acts reversibly, slowing the reactions of blood platelets down, but letting them clot normall
