Is me in,hi j,long time no speak
is me averaging down..
Holdings RNS ahoy!! Bottom line is there are virtually no companies vwith a sub £1m MC that have anytrhing going for them (i have been through the list!!) and i think this one has a chance, unlike an HTIG or KBE which don't.
Looking for a takeover?
The one word 'Delay' seems to have catastrophic short-term consequences for Aim stocks. Also, the crazy ideas purporting to a complete scam are now circulating. Doesn't take much to completely change investor sentiment. Anyway, didn't take much to get my average down to below 12p so I have. Delays over, please.
buy another 1m
Huds I agree with you on HSR looking for short term movements, what I fail to understand is what has changed in the last 2 weeks to take us from a buy to a sell. I agree with all who have posted that we are back to the pre deal announcement levels and that downside is limited
Selling now would be a mistake, my average is .16 and I certainly want to be averaging down once some of my others plays flourish. These loan notes are killing the share and in turn my p&l on this share... Time will tell but I am hopefull of a recovery... We need confirmation on this money landing!
Near bottom now and INC increasingly undervalued. To sell now would be foolish IMO. Hold and wait for news then value will return to INC. I'm not desperate to realise a large paper loss here just coz TW thinks it wise. Bad call from HSR, what does TW know that he's not let on? HOLD / BUY at this level.
The pendulum has swung one way ivan overpromised and under delivered and has now swung to the opposite side ivan has purposefully under promised hoping to over deliver atleast thats how it would appear. We are all on red dot alert. ciao tor now. over
If we see a drop tomorrow it will be limited and it will be followers of HSR and share prophets these shares will be mopped up by bottom fishers. If a tipster can get it wrong on when to buy they can also get it wrong on when to sell. That red dot could be flashing anytime soon jan-march is Q1 there is approx only 6 week left in Q1. Buy low sell higher. I was intending at topping up at 0.07p it looks like I am getting in cheaper. Thats the good thing about it as my first lot of money lessens my second entry is getting in cheaper all I need is news.
From memory he apologised for being premature on the 300k and admitted that he was not used to the reporting requirements of running a listed company and that it was a learning experience. Whilst that sounds a bit amateurish, it was a candid response and he has been brought in for his ability to turn companies around not for his presentation skills which need some fine tuning.
Yes, agreed. There are plenty of shares that either have huge debt and/or no clear route to revenue that have a market cap higher or in the region of INC. At least INC have a USP and from what I saw of Ivan i think at least he is a straight talker.
HSR tip shares with the expectation of getting a good gain quick I suspect they are telling folks to sell so they can buy elsewhere where gains are expected quicker, I believe selling now would be unwise as has been said already the price is back to where it was prior to the 300k contract so why not await news it will no doubt climb substantially when any news comes. I am not in the business of buying high selling low I will wait for the 300k and hope its the first one of many. It may drop another 10% but on news should climb 100%.
I agree, if nothing else the shell value is close to the current SP, adding in the stakes in the Canadian firms and the potential for deals (albeit weighed up against the 250k/yr running costs) and it doesn't make sense in getting out now. None of the sells so far have triggered an RNS, which you would have expected given the size of the flows, which suggests that the loan converters pre sold their shares and someone got landed with them, probably a MM, and has been trying to get rid of them ever since. Given that the SP was around 0.17 at conversion you can assume that the pre sale was done somewhere between this value and 0.1 and that whoever bought them was unaware that only 10% of the shares were in public hands and just what an effect releasing that many shares on the market would do. Personally I might look to top up a bit tomorrow, I already hold over 2% and am in for the long haul.
Thanks for clarifying. At this level I agree that there isn't much point in selling and any good news will send it flying back up.
I can verify what you say on your post regarding HSR, I am still in here for what its worth £500@ 0.17p so I might as well see it through. Tom has apologised for this tip, however Ivan Couchman seemed to be sanguine on payment and that it would eventually arrive,as per his presentation, which you could hardly say was slick, but perhaps rather a bit of genuine honesty, rather than a slick shyster all too common ramp. In the position of this bottom end stock what would be the point if a cynical ramp, and further loss of credibility. GLA. hope this helps.
He published a change of stance earlier today (16:11) on his subscription site Hot Stock Rockets. I am sure there is another subscriber on here who can verify this.
Thanks, so we are still not sure if he has changed his stance or not? Let's see if he gets back to SFU.
Cheers mate, yep had that one on my watchlist for a while, although not paid particular attention recently. Will take a closer look. R4E appears to be on the turn.
Yep, it doesn't add up that he would have such an about turn as to recommend a sell and if he did I would have serious concerns. Where did this rumour come from that he has changed his stance?
This was 0.06p just before the rns about the 300k contract being lined up and now its back down to the same price so when news on the contract and the 300k arrives supposedly it is due anytime soon then I am sure this will be back up around the 0.1p mark, so why sell now ? Supposedly they have £400k cash and if we add the $300k then thats close to the market cap as it is now. Why sell, is now not a good time to average down near the bottom ?
Is anybody here a member of HSR? It would be a huge about turn for him to sell less than a week after recommending averaging down and would be equally concerning as I believe TW has the inside track on this one.
It was on Hot Stock Rockets and repeated on ShareProphets a few days later http://www.shareprophets.com/views/10554/insetco-delay-loan-conversion-and-share-price I don't believe he has sold, he has a 72 rule for sells and buys and makes more off tips, it isn't worth his while to risk his reputation on this. My worry was that that sale would take things even lower at the start of next week.
