Hi Smidsy another sting in that delisted shares can't be held in an ISA and need to be removed within 30 days into a share account or certificate(£25) although allowed to be in SIPP if already there .
GL anyways note my last post
Morning maggots (if we have any left)
Spoke to my broker this morning and explained the situation and the only suggestion he could make was to hang onto the shares and sees what developes with MAGP.
The value of my shares won't buy me a bag of chips from the local chippy.
I do feel for the Pis who had bought millions of these and filled their ISAs :-((
Still will keep checking in ,always interested in info and updates thanks ,as technically still have a small stake in the poor old ghost ship.
Cheers
Life is duller without my daily maggie soap opera fix.
Morning ......Just so anyone still around and still holding knows , 4 assignment lease deals including a bill of sale in Blaine co happened in July. The company to whom the assignments were made LEICA2 LLC are the only 4 registered transactions made on OKlahoma county records by this company so guessing a new company set up by someone in the know..other transactions were also carried out listed from links below.

Hi year1970, I hope you are doing well with your investing. Yeah I suppose I could have just said nothing, but in my opinion that is worse than not saying anything and not stating the reason why I sold. I always posted when I bought and also posted when I sold all of my shares during the very early days when MAGP first reached 1p and again when they reached about 2.5, so wht not at 5p? Everyone also knew that I traded the shares regularly on news I think I would have been criticized no matter how I played it when selling @ 5p to be honest. I've seen heavy criticism of regular posters that strongly supported the company on other forums after they've sold their shares, whether they've announced it or not and it's a no win situation. MAGP 10 bagged and as so often happens with highly speculative shares that rise that strongly, they run out of steam. I posted my thoughts and opinions here more than anybody else and put a lot of my time and energy into this forum, as did Baron, I remember Baron going very quiet on here for some time and I was receiving e-mails from investors voicing their concerns over whether or not he was already quietly selling his shares. The truth was that at the time in question, he wasn't. My point is that even when you say nothing, people fear the worst and start to panic, especially when the person concerned is a major contributor. Anyway, as the most active person on here at the time, I felt I owed everybody an explanation about my decision to sell and I knew that some people would have a negative view about it. At the end of the day I just went by my gut feeling, like I did when selling at 1p and 2.5p. A lot of hype had gone into Prucha and several Bakken wells that Rita had interests in when claiming MAGP expected to have 100 producing wells by year end.....which the unforgiving market noticed she disappointingly missed. I had other issues with the company as well, so I had plenty to consider and as you found out over time, I came to the right conclusion, Some of the posters were taken in by speculation from a certain penny share chartist arguing that MAGP could go to 7p, but I thought to myself good luck if that happens, I hope it does, but I don't think it will There was no fundamental reason for the market cap to be that high and the froth was bubbling over 100% thanks to enthusiastic speculation. Any correction was likely to be as harsh as seen in other penny shares in the past. These were the the thoughts that were swimming around in my head when the share price was peaking and I wasn't going to hide my feelings from you guys.Like I said, I felt I owed it to the forum. My only regret is the fact that many of the long term holders weren't prepared to sell on my recommendation, despite them being sat on a fat profit. I don't mind your honest account of what you thought about the way I handled things back then. What does annoy me is when trolls come on here to twist the truth about me. Good luck maggot :)
Great to hear from you again and I have nothing to criticise you but this is my feeling about you at the time, what you really should not do at the time was talking down MAGP after you sold your shares considering you were very up beat and positive about MAGP just few days before that. I think Baron was smart because he would not tell anyone when he sold the shares and I guess no one really know either, also as far as I know he never talk down the shares even after he sold. I often say if anyone wants to get tips from buy shares then follow Baron, you rarely see him ever spends time talk down a share, he always looks for the next potential to buy in. The guy is smart.
In my 8 years with AIM, I guess we all should have moral, you buy/sell the shares in your own time and quietly do it, I hate to know my action may influence others decisions especially if it turned out with negative outcome.
Hi chrisatron, yes fortunately my Apple shares have been amazing! It was nice to meet you too, all the best.
Hi Drew, good to hear from you too and saddened to see how things turned out in the end for many long suffering investors. Very rarely I take a quick peep in here just to see how things are faring and had no idea about the de-listing until today. Indeed Baron has been making quite a name for himself on twitter and good luck to him as he only posted the stats and facts while he was invested here. I always felt he had the talent and knack for this investing lark and openly confessed to me that he learnt a great deal from his early days with MAGP. I gave up the game a few years ago, mainly through lack of motivation and spending far too much time on this site, to focus on more important things in life. I hope you have had better luck with your other investments. ATB
Hi Chris, good to hear from you again.
I only half took your advice at the top here. The remainder I held on to as like many I trusted Rita - more fool me. At least you had the guts to say what you had done, I do not think think Baron did. He just went on to greater things and now seems to be a big shot if you follow on Twitter.
Are you invested anywhere now? GL if you are and hallo to all the regulars. The good ship Maggie seems to have foundered on the rocks.
Took time to read your trashy accusations towards me and to set the record straight, I warned investors that it was time to sell when the share price was hovering around 5p. I said the Company was overvalued at that time. Yes it was due to the combined belief, expectation and speculation generated by not just Baron and myself, but many others. I wasn't the one pumping when the share price reached 5p. I announced that I had sold my shares just before MAGP peaked and plenty criticized me for it. I felt that it was right for me to express what I was thinking and will always believe that. It's about making and then knowing when to take a profit. Countless highly speculative penny shares have risen in the same manner before retracing back down again. Too many investors fell in love with this share and held for too long when in fact they should have sold, stepped back, taken a very healthy profit and a breather. What you are saying about me is twisting the truth.
Hi Lindi, I hope you recouped your losses elsewhere. It was a pleasure to meet you in person too. Best wishes.
Anyone got and e-mail address for these guys to try and find out what is happening?????

Hi lindi we are still om board but not as we know it....I meant to say that some lease activity was evident including a mortgage release from bank probably part of our loan ..
I still have my worthless shares, a big loss more fool me for trusting the thieving Rita !!!! GLA it's been nice chatting and meeting some of you.
Good Afternoon, my shares are trapped in SIPPS and a few thousand with the brokers. Will count them as paying to learn. Good Luck all.
Morning playmates I am back ;-)
Smidsy its a typo by LSE mate £500 divided by 0.0035 = 142,857 shares !!!!!
Therefore my average now has come down from 40p to 16p just hope MAGP survives so that we can recoup our losses !!!!
I WISH IT WAS 35p HAPPY DAYS THEN.
I have e-mailed Rita asking for a formal update via new web page but I expect I will end up chasing my tail waiting for the answer if it ever comes ;-((((
Hopefully all shares are now stored on CREST and the money is paid over to the bank so MAGP can continue to trade !!!!!!!
Morning Smidsy, maybe LTH's averaging down but think they would have shared , more likely to be BOD and or WED for a bigger share of the spoils or even someone in the know connected ex chairman etc we will never know unless they update the website or we acess a shareholder list somewhere its still a UK co .IMHO
Morning maggots or what is left of us.
Robsky I have posted a message on A2 site.
I kept hold of my shares but find it strange that £180k was spent on buying shares in MAGP on the last day of trading. Anyone with any ideas?
Afternoon guys not much happening on the board anymore, it would be interesting to know who never sold out to the
parasites , interesting that a whole load of £50k was spent on the last trade not to mention the other multi thousand pound trades in the last days, where next ? have logged on to A2's site
anyway and will continue to look for movement. GLA
