I see what you mean, the volume here is incredible!!! LOL
Its all happening here today then
Stroker It looks like you are spot on. The charts shows that this has been on a downward trend since the spike on 27th July. We have seen this many times before in other aim shares where they just keep on falling.
5 most likely commission based sales men/women is not news. Please, do me a favour with all the bumph. Scallon said this company was not worth buying in a previous RNS. He should know, he runs the company. He ought to change his name to Ratner! RNS reach is not a proper rns...it's a propaganda tool.
has developed a new sales team with the aim of creating a centre of O2 sales excellence and further strengthening its mobile and digital communications offering. Pinnacle announced its exclusive digital partnership with leading mobile provider O2 earlier this year to provide tailored business to business mobile and security solutions and assist O2 in enlarging its digital capability. Pinnacle has now developed its sales operations through the recruitment of an experienced and fully accredited O2 team to take the new products to market and it is expected that this will further enhance its position as a front runner in digital strategy. The five-strong team, all based in Pinnacle's Glasgow office, will drive the delivery of innovative and efficient mobile solutions for business, from SIM-only to full mobility offerings, including tailored tariffs and contracts. It will also be highlighting the wide benefits of its in-depth business apps offering, helping organisations to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently - including collaborative working tool Box, Windows Intune for the easy enablement of BYOD with mobile device management, and Just Call Me for cost-effective conference calling anytime, anywhere. In servicing Pinnacle's client base, the team is able to draw on 35 years of combined experience, opening up exciting new opportunities to the business. While the focus is on O2, the team is also accredited in the likes of McAfee internet security and Office 365 online business software, ensuring fully integrated solutions. Through its O2 partnership, Pinnacle is able to further provide wide digital benefits for business, enhancing smart working, promoting business growth, and increasing the customer experience. Pinnacle Technology Group CEO Nicholas Scallan, said: "With technology helping us to achieve more on the move and the concept of 'the office' being an increasingly fluid one, work is no longer somewhere we go; it's something we do. "Effective mobile communications across a variety of devices is key to smart working, and what we have created as part of our partnership with O2 will enable us to deliver the best, most effective solutions for each business, ensuring higher productivity, enhancing the customer experience, and realising a significant competitive advantage. "It's also an exciting step forward for Pinnacle as we continue to make progress towards selectively enlarging our integrated offering and, in turn, meaningfully developing the business. This investment further underlines our commitment to focussing firmly on our value-adding growth strategy, and being disciplined about how we take new products to market."
Moderation and balance has been my goal here and I continually get attacked merely for having a different view. What we need is an open democratic BB, not a dictatorship.
Every BB needs to have balanced views and I therefore I would like to thank admin for allowing my 14.10 post on Friday to remain. Surely sharing a moderate alternative viewpoint to another person on a public BB cannot be labelled as stalking. We do still live in a democracy.
In my last factual and non-offensive deleted post I referred to another member by NAME. However LSE have told me that this is not permitted. I was not aware of this rule and have asked for it to be added to the Forum's T&Cs. The purpose of my many deleted posts has been to bring some balance to the ramping and to give an alternative view to the ultra positive ones, Someone clearly objects to these views and their reporting of them has resulted in their deletion. The fact that this has occurred so often should in my view make potential investors wary and consider whether this could be a P&D. Only time will tell which view is correct.
Your quite right, the involvement of MCXP here was the turning point for me, they wouldn't have give this a second glance unless they thought there was value to be had, only a matter of time before it's realised
No numbers suggest contract of negligible value, otherwise they would be shouting from the Rooftops. Looks overvalued to me.
Yes it's good to see a contract win but I wouldn't call Baxters one of the "worlds TOP private companies" (they are totally unknown here in Switzerland and probably the rest of mainland Europe too). Also, the scope of the contract isn't entirely clear - the RNS simply says " Pinnacle will assist in consolidating Baxters' global operations..." What exactly does it mean by "assist"`? This could mean only a few weeks consulting services - or even only a few days. To me, this doesn't look like a huge contract that runs into the millions, maybe a few tens of thousands max. in the first year followed by a few thousand recurring. I'd describe the RNS as a good step in the right direction, but there's still a long way to go. Don't get me wrong - I also believe Pinnacle has a great future and I'm really glad I topped up the day before the RNS was released, but please don't get too carried away by one contract win. BTW, I just checked - apparently it is possible to buy Baxters products here - a 400g tin of Baxters soup costs SFr 3.80 (approx £2.60) from Jim's British Market. Ouch.
Thanks for the update
ok fair enough scargs - maybe it was 5p, all i know is back in the day rshah was posting here by himself. must be loaded off this now
go ask rshah - he was in right at the last bottom. MINTED now
To find the list of Pinnacle shareholders go onto the new Company website. Click on INVESTOR RELATIONS at the top, click on AIM RULE 26, download the document and then scroll down to page 5
Thank you Mr Draft, which section are you looking at?
Pinnacle's share price has never be as low 2p. From memory it has been below 6p, but now the Company is in a much better position under the relatively new CEO Nicholas Scanlon. Mr Scanlon has reorganised, MXC Capital is a major shareholder and the Company has a very experienced new Non Exec Director whose background is tech security. I am a long term holder of Pinnacle shares, standing on a paper loss BUT I am much more confident that the Company will continue to recover under the new leadership. 8p, IMHO, is a good entry point.
try looking harder - its all there
Anyone got a list of the major shareholders, can't see it on their website?
only 59million - squeeze will be on if any big buyers come in
this may never go lower again
i havent even read the rns yet - i just want to buy in at the right price, i think this is a good shares, i recall when rshah was posting on his lonesome here when this was 2p
It's new business like the agreement with Baxters that will increase revenues, not a time to be selling !
let me see my precious - rshah - boy oh boy - he must have made a mint here
I can remember certain posters on the COMS BB stating that they were going to buyout PINN, I believe you were one of them from memory, would you say this is still the case ?
