JAS - very good post my friend! With regards to the AGM outcome, and the future of the company we just have to wait and see - I suppose time will tell.
Nothing shady Jas, for some reason I had it in my head the AGM was the 14th lol. So to correct that, let's go for information in 14 days. Regards sources of info, well, when you know where to look...................
I would never wish for any reasonable company to go bust ... But am so happy that C. Oil is hopefully losing a lot of money . Never rated his ADVFN stuff and other rubbishy U tube blogs . Plus his own website is appalling.
I just can't wait until the 17th to see what happens (either it's all over or still "hope") imo the only hope we have is voting "FOR" all the resolutions. I haven't given up on SER and it's my opinion that for shareholders the best option and the only option in the short term is to vote for Clem, imo their is no one at present standing on the sidelines waiting to takeover before the AGM. imo Action groups are a waste of time IMO It's Clem and the possibility of saving SER or nothing atall. IMO It just annoys me that their are so many posters who clearly want the company to fold and don't care about genuine investors possibly getting a return at some point in the future. imo VIVA CLEM! !!
Once again ST this is not a dig at you, you know I enjoy reading your posts, opinions etc. ST you wrote on your blog the following statement " Only 11 days to go to discover just what has been going on, I am sure it will make interesting reading!" .... source: >>> http://tinyurl.com/paadgtz <<< This was written yesterday or today i'm not sure. So are you claiming that an announcement is going to be made to shareholders 2 days before the AGM ? (rough calculation on my part) And how do you know about the 11 days till we find out info ? What is going to make it interesting reading ? How is this release of information you claim is coming in 11 days going to be used ? Who is your source for you info you post on your blogs and on this bb ?
Do you really believe your name is Simon Templar?
Just a few days ST informed that he was filtering me. As his last post explicity replies to my last post his earlier claims were clearly a lie. The man is a habitual liar living in a fantasy world where funders are happy to carry and provide a return to a bunch of shareholders in a failed oil company. A question that was posed but not answered. You are clearly being paid to sit on this to board to refute anything against these individuals, such is their understandable nervousness and the potential reputational damage they might suffer. Now run along and go play with your halo
None so appalling as those who hold no shares and post here telling other people what is right and wrong. Go after the pampers and dumpers lol, yeah, that'll get everyone's cash back. I'm suing you for saying the company was super duper when it wasn't. I'm suing you because you said you were holding your shares and all the time you were selling them. You'd need Ellertons lawyers do take that on, seeing as they were daft enough to represent him.
Pom, I think you live in a cardboard box and are scared to look outside it, maybe you have agoraphobia or something.
wassatt - he is a complete idot living in a fantasy world.
Team Clem did not make the right decision - there was no decision, they had no choice, they had to de-list as no NOMAD would be associated with such a toxic company. You keep talking as if there is still a choice, financial insitutions were not willing to support SER even when it had a listing. Where are the millions needed to fund an oil company going to come from now. More importantly please explain why a funder would put money into in this company to carry and provide a return to existing shareholders? It makes no sense - is it a Charity now? The regulations are being put in place to prevent eactly the type of situations vis-a-vis Samurda and othe companies set up on the cheap with no assets or business model other than to fleece shareholders. This was a pump and dump- shareholders only chance to mitigate their losses is to go after the architects of that pump and dump. The actions of a few here have been absolutely appalling, disgusting and showed nothing but complete contempt for shareholders. Anyone that continues to support them is equally appalling in my book.
Chri, I have always argued that Seftons biggest asset when the first recovery was in play, was our AIM listing. It was the one thing that interested Samudra Energy and the reason for a paper deal. However, the state the company now finds itself in financially and operationally, it is a cost that could finsih us off by retaining it. Wit the Nomads under instruction from AIM to steer clear of Sefton, financial institutions unlikely to support, staying listed on AIM is not practical. I think Team Clem have made the right decision on this matter and it is now down to whether you believe they will exercise the proper, professional action we need them to and save Sefton Resources!
The way I see it is the only hope we have left is if there is a company oil or not that could utalise the ser shell and it's tax losses... anything else why wouldn't u just set up a new Co without the shocking reputation and corruption... big problem is our only other real asset we lost when we delisted...
You need to open your eyes Wassat. Thes are not normal people, it ain't a normal company and nothing is going to be normal when it comes to salvaging what they have left to work with. You are obviously a company man that sees everything as black and white. I can tell you with 100% confidence that what will need to be done to save Sefton will be done with a lot of help. If youw ere aware of who was helng first time round, perhaps you would understand the level of 'favours' that will be called on. However, you are quite clear on the fact that everything is black and white and I can assure you that with this team, that is not the case. Why you refer to a plant costing billions as an example to suggest favours will not be done is ridiculous. Who is suggesting a plant? Who is talking billions? The original deal that was agreed with Samudra Energy was a paper deal. These guys will bring on a few distressed producing assets via their contacts and when the company relaunches, at a time when the price of oil dictates. Sefton will be a producer making a profit. Iys not rocket science, you just have to look at this slightly differently to any normal situation!
Oh ok, I didn't realise the oil industry helped sad cases by calling favours... Are you for real? Get a grip man, this isn't a window cleaning company that wants some furniture moved.... You don't call in favours, you buy assets (or sell assets) then use rigs etc, or then build a plant. So these so called favours must be huge, because the last plant I worked on cost billions.... Interesting to see what these favours are..... Really looking forward to it. Back a while SER couldn't afford the pump to use for steam out, so where the hell have they suddenly conjured up money... I really think you have swallowed a happy pill, because your posts are becoming more and more crazy.
Keep going, just proving what a d**k you really are lol! Ooooh, lets say his real name! At least I aint some gutless coward hiding behind an an avatar so I can play the brave boy! I stand by what I say and don't play the keyboard warrior like many on here, who know they couldnt reveal themselves because then everyone would know what was going on!
Yeah ok Chris Bailey or is it Kingkibo or SimonT? lol vote for Clem. He has the contacts to get people in to bankrupt us all over again!
Well, the cap fitted you perfectly lol!
Hahaha aggressive! What a way to dodge the question ur pathetic! All talk but no facts. I could go through every statement u made n find that u actually talk bull. Everything from Clem, Dan, Assets. U have the balls to back Clem n promote him without any facts. At least I have the sense to question the questionable
I didnt answer your questions because you are aggressive and whatever I reply with will develop into another pointless discussion. I have my opinions, I am well aware of what has been going on and well aware of what supporting Clem Chambers will do in comparison to voting for anything else. I totld you there were assets sorted originally, I can tell you the seal was a paper deal and that it was fecked up AFTER thos responsible for bringing it together left. If you have a proble, with that, then thats up to you.
U didn't answer my question!!! U keep banging on about Clem having the contacts to raise money n assets in. History would suggest that isn't the case. So what r u basing this on?
Do you have to be so pedantic? Ok, just for you, Right now, Clem Chambers is the only hope. Nobody has stepped forward with an alternative, nobody has offered to save the company. Rather late now don't you think for a new saviour to appear? Vote Clem!
Why do you keep saying "Clem is the only hope"? That's not true. What if A.N.Other person appears on the scene with loads of money, works in the oil industry, has hundreds of contacts and is a proper business man? You just can't get a grip on other people's thoughts, you are blinkered to the extreme. Are you in some way connected? Being paid? Or some other type of fixation with Clem? He is not the only one who can save SER .....FACT Having said that, I don't think anyone will, but that's another subject.
