Rofert - you have turned out to be a despicable troll of the worst order. May your armpits be infested with fleas and your anus burn like acid.
I imagine you are the sort of person who on seeing a suicidal person atop a tall building will shout "JUMP".
The good Lord will remember you.
lol - a lot of my posts contain humour, you should try it sometime...
''Negative Posters13 Apr '18:
They should just give up. Every time they make 'assumptions' about BMR they end up getting smacked in the face by an egg lol. They did it with the licence and now they doubt we can even arrange a placing at 3p. Get ready for that egg, doubters. I just hope it doesn't come straight from Birdies bottom haha.''
Should you really be trying to guide shareholders going forward with that level of foolishness?
Sidebar - I think when it happens there will be no money to pay the administrator so there will be no investigation. Also, what some shareholders want will not be what other shareholders want. There is a conflict of interest for both JLP and AB and we can already see who won.
There should be a "Discussion" tab next to the "Home" tab at the top. If you can't see it, send an Email to Admin and they should be able to grant you access to it.
Bring, where do you find the chat page on the Bmr site
Rofert, if you think administration is a serious risk you ought to think about whether the shareholder group can influence the appointment of the administrator. Doubtful, to be honest. If AB and CB are still around to appoint a 'friendly' administrator, the only chance of a proper investigation into their activities will be gone. Part of the role of an administrator is to investigate the behaviour of directors, including looking for transactions at undervalue, and where necessary recommending a DTI / SFO investigation. It's one of the reasons why I now don't think that AB will resign. He will want to see the company carry on for at least a couple of years, or, if not possible, pick the administrator from his contact book.
I'm a shareholder in the company so I have every right to participate, just like any other shareholder. At least I'm making myself useful by trying to help. You on the other hand are just a bitter twisted wind up merchant!
I'm guessing that pride might get in the way of Vigenere signing up.
Vig said he had 2.6m. Hopefully he will join up.
Running total now 50621863. Sign up now it's our only chance to have voice.
Bring - 'I don't think all is lost'.
Sounds like the usual nonsense from you. The company is heading for administration as soon as AB has got the last pound out.
Surprised that the action group lets you participate. If they really are planning something against BMR, they might want some confidentiality.
All I can suggest is joining the BMR Watch Alliance. We are pooling shares together to give us a decent amount of shareholder voting power. With this we can try to make difference. I don't think all is lost but there is a lot of work to be done, and I believe shareholders need to intervene to help the situation along.
We have over 15% and rising of the shares in issue, pooled into BMR Watch - let's keep it going.
It's probably not a great idea to advise people to invest in a company on a bulletin board, unless you're authorised to give financial advice...
There are no guarantees that people would make back losses in BMR by buying into JLP. You never know what's around the corner and I for one am done investing in anymore African based companies, far too risky!
I would suggest that what tiny bit of royalty that eventually comes back to BMR will easily be swallowed up in admin and director's costs. We have been stuffed up like a proverbial kipper, and probably in a legally watertight way. Only hope other BMR sufferers had foresight to load up on JLP shares. Not too late for the long haul.
Come on AB, are you not going to respond to the JLP RNS?
Have you heard of RNS Reach ?
https://www.lseg.com/areas-expertise/market-information/regulatory-news-service/rns-reach
It is for DELISTED companies to use .
BMR Watch membership is on the up & up
Over 50 MILLION member shares now declared.
Have you signed up and pooled your share numbers ?
Time is of the essence.., please do so NOW
Agreed on the move over to jlp but would be better to diversify and put some in the likes of MTR as well, that way you get a bit more exposure to other metals like copper, tungsten, lithium and gold.
I can see JLP doubling in price from here as kabwe hardly seems priced in plus they are currently generating a fair wedge of cash with platinum production so no risk of dilution either.
Then again this is aim
i have added mine now to BMR Watch
I can confirm Eric is alive and well posting on the JLP site, or at least he was yesterday.
I've just applied to BMR Watch, after all the dilution that happened with this share 10-1 consolidation etc, I'm now left with only 1235805 shares which I guess may aswell be 0 Shares!! Unbelieveable what has happened here, been here from the old 6P-7P days.
LJC, thought you,d long gone from this pile of s**t..............cant believe that after MA, we're now being screwed even worse
you may be correct, but i think people might be very wary after this stitch up-----how can you just give an asset away & not call an Egm with investors, bet he resigns next week & walks away, for him job done.
I too use my mobile phone, I struggle to get things loaded, especially this morning
If you go to your watchlist, then go to the top left hand corner (share price search) and type in BMR (ignore that it can't find it) and press go, you can access the BMR board...
Thank you!
Have registered on Shutterfly and mailed the watch group. Await reply/confirmation.
