What is really required is a reversal of the ongoing 'Brainwashing' of our younger voters whom are in the main ignorant of what has taken place since the days of Heath and the 'Common Market' model versus the subsequent betrayal by successive UK Govt politicians through the signing of Treaties that have slowly eroded the UK's Sovereign powers.
Our younger voters have no conception of what has really been happening over the last 40 plus years. The process of giving away Sovereignty to a Foreign Power (Germany/France, the main protaganists) has been relentless.
I would very strongly urge our young citizens, to please research this very important point, in how our own politicians have been complicit in our citizens betrayal by simply giving away our 'Democracy' to Brussels.
Our politicians have known what they have been doing, but have purposely kept what they have done away and out, of sight from the people of the UK.
The most damaging treaties are yet to be enacted, namely the Lisbon Treaty signed out of sight by Gordon Brown. In more than 60 areas of policy, countries lose the right to veto legislation they disagree with - on everything from transport to the rights of criminal suspects and aspects of foreign policy.Britain would lose nearly 30% of its power to block legislation it disagrees with, while Ireland would lose 40%.
Excellent post - but - idiot turkeys voted for Christmas and will continue to believe in cloud cockcoo land, I actually think (this will get you going) that the only thing to do is reunite Ireland (like they do in rugger) and draw a line down the middle of the Irish sea. Imagine how that would go down in Scotland ! There's nothing wrong with integration and even incorporation if you are the less well off partner but amazingly talented - as the sons of the emerald isle are - but England resented being fleeced. The IRA & bombing - I don't (have the right to) understand - but it's got nothing to do with God. A pragmatic solution to a tax and excise problem I totally understand. So to review, Ulster voted no to Brexit as did Scotland. Wales (I have no idea why) voted for Brexit. The will of the people counts for nothing. Ulster will end up in a custumns union - only way to do it. Scotland and Wales will be out with the poor oppressed English Celts - exploited as ever by their Norman masters (hereafter refereed to as "the shitbags"). Only the rich non-Brits like Boris (Ny - everywhere in Europe) Johnson will benefit. If you are in any doubt - let me spell it out - I am annoyed by this gross unjust emasculation of my fellow person for the benefit of the few.
You do realise we have had two years to sort this out and still havnt lol
Shambles, embarrassing , country without democracy
If you don’t want ever closer integration ( necessary if you have a single currency) then you eventually have to opt out. Everyone I have spoken to wants close trade links with Europe but few would want a superstate. May’s deal worked except for the backstop. Who told her that her deal was legally binding when the Atorney general said it isn’t? This is the biggest scandal of the last few days. As soon as the atorney general spoke the deal was lost. If the Irish border does not stay open the IRA will start bombing again . No Deal = closed border = end of Good Friday agreement.
Same was said for millenium bug,
Anyway this forum is about trading not Brexit Yahoo forum I would suggest for that
Hahaha..... every single economic model says any brexit will be an absolute disaster movie for this country and no deal will be even worse..
Not as huge as 17.5 million saying no and then having a parliament complete ignore it lol.
This has millenium bug all over again nothing will change and life will go on, having said that my bank balance could change when this SP goes boom
Oh give up you silly old sausage, the U.K. won’t let itself self destruct for the sake of a load of xenophobes . Wait till the people’s vote march on the 23rd, now that will be huge!
Politicians I presumed !, were representative the populations point of view .Rejection of a 'No-Deal ' exit, plays catagority into the E.U Dictators Hands. They now positively will demand U.K.accept an agreement 100% non-negotiable. E.U. placeon the table .Take it or Lump it!!Those U.K .M.P's They are in for an abrupt short sharp shock ,when the population rebels against them.<
when most of them get kicked out at the next general election.
The formation of a new party, who act on the people's point of view
& stand up to the E.U. Dictatorshipsdemands will win by an unimaginable land slide.
