Does anyone here trade via Halifax. Do i have to register my interest or do something in order to convert my shares to the new company. Also ive just seen that Halifax dont trade on the Swedish market, does anyone have any thoughts on this. It would be greatly appreciated
That's the nominal share value. This figure is irrelevant and nothing to do with refloat value. Marry Christmas!
All, As i read it the value of your current Matra shares converts as follows;- 1 old share = 5 new shares Value of 1 new share = 0.001 Swedish Krona Value of 1 old share = 0.005 Swedish Krona Value of 1 Swedish Krona VS 1 GBP = 0.088 Current value of 1 old share = 0.005 Krona = 0.00044p I may be missing something but that is how I read it.
Not too sure of the share value at this stage. Need to go through it. Any ideas from accountants out there?
Lse- merry Christmas. Can you put a lead head line on your fr0nt page to alert MTA holders to visit their website. Thanks
spread the word as you need to vote.
5 new shares to each old share, then a 1000 to 1 consolidation
Attention all holders
Attention all holders.
A key issue to note/double check: Do we need to register our shares to new Matra? As I read it on the document today..."Last day of dealings in, and for registration of transfers of, Old Matra Shares" 13 January 2017? OR would the broker do it automatically in either case need to double check I think.
FAO all shareholders. It's important that we all vote in favour of the re-listing. See Matra website for more info. Very exciting times ahead!
Good luck for next quarter all existing MTA holders , will be nice to get access to some more funds hopefully early next year. As said before MB has a good record with Swedish SE re West Siberian Resources so here's hoping history repeats itself. Best Wished for Xmas and New Year to all , including the board and any staff at MTA
Yes just registered for updates...this looks very good i am in no hurry so will leave my investment to hopefully grow....well thought till now that we had lost everything....well done M
If you log on to their website you can register for updates , this will keep you informed as and when it all starts to happen , expected 1st Q could even be in late January.
What great news..forgot all about these..i had or still have on my account 4 .2 million of these babies....lets hope we gat a 1p back overtime....in no hurry just be great to see some value restored
Of course they will be worth something but we wont know until the restructure is announced i.e how many Newco shares will we get per current MTA shares held. I am bullish that it will be ok and should see I hope at least 1p equivalent in Swedish krona value possibly more. MB made a success of his last Company on the Swedish exchange and I see no difference here with oil rising making the Company more profitable and hopefully better listing price. Where it goes after listing is any ones guess , but my opinion is up after some short money withdrawal as people have been out of funds for a long time and may just be happy to cash in whatever the price. I will hold as long as possible.
Will our shares be worth anything? I had given up for good but still see that big loss every day at TD.
Same amount of shares and equivalent of 25p in Krona would be just fine , shame its not in time for Xmas would be one drunken event...still I can wait , have been for some time , bring it on MB you are the man...and your team of course.
Maxim b. It's coming back
The share price could be anything as will be part of the restructure , lets just hope that it will be at least equivalent to the de-listing price of about 1p. I think the Company have come on a lot since then and Maxim done well with West Siberian stock so here's hoping the same will apply. Details of trading facilities will no doubt be announced with all the other listing news. GLA
Best any remaining holders start posting a bit to generate some interest. It's good news let's hope. Any ideas on the new SP??
u kill me crude. u kill me .. lol
Could this be the Second Coming? Is Maxim Barsky a latter day Jesus Christ or indeed a 'Mosses', who can lead the bewildered disciples to the 'Promised Land of Profit'? Is the 'advent' of a Stockholm Exchange listing like the guiding North Star* to the Three Wise Kings...............all these questions & answers will hopefully come to pass - when a child is born! Crude.........show us a sign oh Lord Barsky!
Bake - price going up (albeit not much) as you wished! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-38169383
Thanks to those posters who clocked the new listing and thanks to London South East for resurrecting this chat board inspite of our listing being on a foreign exchange :D
