Some important news from the USA too, re PFAs regulations and USD 1 bln in funding for PFAs clean-up:
https://www.epa.gov/sdwa/and-polyfluoroalkyl-substances-pfas
"On April 10, 2024, EPA announced the final National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR) for six PFAS. ...EPA expects that over many years the final rule will prevent PFAS exposure in drinking water for approximately 100 million people, prevent thousands of deaths, and reduce tens of thousands of serious PFAS-attributable illnesses. EPA is also making unprecedented funding available to help ensure that all people have clean and safe water. In addition to todayâs final rule, $1 billion in newly available through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to help states and territories implement PFAS testing and treatment at public water systems..." The final rule requires:
Public water systems must monitor for these PFAS and have three years to complete initial monitoring (by 2027), followed by ongoing compliance monitoring. Water systems must also provide the public with information on the levels of these PFAS in their drinking water beginning in 2027. Public water systems have five years (by 2029) to implement solutions that reduce these PFAS if monitoring shows that drinking water levels exceed these MCLs. Beginning in five years (2029), public water systems that have PFAS in drinking water which violates one or more of these MCLs must take action to reduce levels of these PFAS in their drinking water and must provide notification to the public of the violation.
We'd be getting some updates soon on CTM reagents production, unit sales etc? According to this TP Note (FWIW, a bit dated from mid-Feb), things should start improving from H2 onwards:
https://www.turnerpope.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/1.-MicrosaicSystemsplc_19-2-2024_FINAL_BG.pdf
Some potential sources of cash/revenue:
1. Tax credit refund - 250k (but potentially eaten up by an LSE fine of up to ÂŁ300k? see link to a similar case:
https://www.bclplaw.com/en-US/events-insights-news/london-stock-exchange-aim-company-public-censure-and-fine.html
2. 5 units shipped/invoiced b4 Y/E 2023, so maybe the ÂŁ262k invoiced has been received already?
3. pipeline of 19 units at Y/E 2023, so potential sales of another 5-10 units in H1 2024???
4. ÂŁ500k (see TP Note, page 2) from Qatar re installed (in 2022) CTM units' reagents?
5. other MicroTox reagent sales / consumables to existing base of MW clients?
6. Sulphate Reducing Bacteria Test kits ("SRB Kits")- "quality checking initial production of SRB Kits in the coming weeks, before making them available for purchase".
Quoting from the RNS re 2022 Results, "the Directors have included the expected cashflows arising from the acquisition of the trade and assets of Modern Water, which is expected to be cash positive within the next twelve months" i.e by Y/E 2024.
Also in H2 24, we should get the conclusion of commercial testing of ProteinID and PFAS detection technologies, with possible licensing deals.
Current Mkt Cap of 1.8mln is probably equal, or less than its Cash!
Note - my comments are for existing, well under water Holders (who already know about GJB's shenanigans etc) so please let's try to keep the BB on a positive footing.
GLA, DYOR
Only mischief!
I don't think the company has ever not been.
The people running it however prove to have never been on the up.
Are things on the up?
Rest assured its not this shower anyways @Shave . Too busy writing RNS fraud about deals in Qatar or Uzbekistan or some made up location.
I wonder whoâs doing the testing for todayâs government announcement of real-time wastewater opioid monitoring
Yankee, what is the connection please between Brandon, Burton and Kingfield you allude to. Iâve looked at Kingfield and Jaytee cannot see any common directorate or links to either of the above and both seem nice little profitable companies. I read the RNS as positive moves forward, putting moves in place to press ahead with getting this business going again.
Ahhh it all becomes clear, Kingfield Electronics, Gerard and Nigel old buddies. So is Bob really running Microsaic, of course not! My god AIM is rotten to the utmost core.
Nigel Burton and reputation in the one sentence! From the obvious goings on in Deepverge and now Microsaic it is clear how these people operate. None of them should be running a public company, period. Rotten to the core and to plead he didn't know who he was in bed with, please give us all a break.
I suspect that Burton was almost as involved in the scam as much as GB. He also took dodgy unearned shares in Modern Water. However, we do not have evidence of other dodgy dealings for NB as we do for GB eg employing his wife without declaring it properly, getting the company to buy his shares (apparently DRG had no liquidity issues!!!).
If one takes the view that he did not participate, which seems unlikely, then the alternative was that he did not spot the fraudster. That would be quite astonishing given how obvious the con was.
Either way, he has to go as should the entire BoDs of DVRG and MSYS. They need to clear out the cesspit.
We donât yet know how Brandon managed to pull the wool over Burtons eyes but there is no way Burton would risk his substantial city reputation (check out Blackrock Throgmorton director profiles) for a small fry like Deepverge. Dissapointingly or naively seems to have been misled by a crook. Big task here to turn it around but he has the contacts and business know how to do it, involved in many different roles so letâs hope he can devote enough time to this high risk âgambleâ to turn it around.
Indeed the microsaic/modern water/deepverge crooks are at it again. If you want to lose all your money then put it into their next scam.
Incorrect. Embarrassing news for AIM and any private investor that has ever interacted with this gaggle who quite obviously managed the demise of Deepverge also. Give it some time... and stay far far away.
This could be the turnaround we needed, hopefully onwards and upwards as the contracts are signed and revenue is generated.
:) name change!! name changing the scam for the next set of private investors to be conned. Consolidation hahaha the share price is not even 2 weeks old!
Name change .
Deepverge PLC, Modern Water & now MICROSAIC.
Massive consolidation . price today 1.4p
Microsaic Systems 6/6/2018 buy at 2p equivalent on ( D ) chart 47p
Yes a fitting Cayman Islands fund is accumulating!!! We would expect nothing less from this shower of gangsters.
Here is a recent picture of the fund managers and directors after they accumulated so much of nothing you could say it was a magic trick: https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.FCpGCyjJOAd3MkMFhQdhzwHaE6%26pid%3DApi&f=1&ipt=76af30e22574714db523e81781e2eec88f9708960859846605d9b2cc355e1761&ipo=images
This fund is accumulating, there could be news incoming.
Lets hope others can learn from our costly lessons with this gaggle. AVOID at all costs. Do your own research into Deepverge PLC and anything Gerard Brandon and his mob has touched before that. Same tactics, same extraction plan with family members selling shares and same end result, company in complete meltdown. Microsaic is no different. All RNS you read and all accounts reported, lies lies and more lies. A disgrace.
Drdoolittle - "BS about Modern Water". Spot on. That perennial liar Brandon said a few years that he was selling MW products in China. If it was any good the Chinese would have developed their own system. Nothing, it does not work. I am not invested in this, having learnt a costly lesson in DVRG.
@McFish2020 as long as the sell button works! share price is down over 99.x% (if you consider the initial sell off before the directors lubed up the private investors for another 96% dilution) sell and get out and move from these gangsters. They will be pumping out the BS about Modern Water soon having clients in Turkmenistan and Tajikistan and so fourth, all lies lies lies.
Hi McFish, I can buy @1.378p
Well itâs not tradeable according to IGâŚhereâs their messages to me after I asked why itâs constantly in auction at 4.06p
âOnly Stockborrowing is allowed on this marketâ
âYou should have access to it using a sharedealing accountâ
âStock borrowing and lending is a system in which traders borrow shares that they do not already own, or lend the stocks that they own but do not intend to sell immediately.â
âI can see information that this stock is not available to borrow, no actions can be taken on this stock using our platformâ
So there we have it my holding in a defunct company whose share price was driven down to f11ck all by crooks, thanksđđ˝
Whilst restoration was yesterday but you couldnât get any live prices, today itâs live.
