Forget it Teaye, what is a group going to discuss ? Who's been let down the most ? Who's lost the most, who spent years talking this up then just left everyone hanging ?
Basically it would be a group discusion/post mortem on how not to run a listed company :-)
Contact DB, maybe they would start a telegram group :-)
Anyone know if there is a Telegram group for EUZ pls?
Our recent acquisition of a 50% interest in the Augublanca #Mine has sparked a #positive reaction in the local #community and even caught the spotlight in local media. Dive into the article linked below:
You mean this denarius tweeted about
https://www.canalextremadura.es/noticias/provincia-de-badajoz/la-reapertura-de-la-mina-de-monesterio-mas-cercana-tras-la-inyeccion
Grappa, seems you keep your ear to the ground, "We are entering into an important phase in our business plan as we bring each of our Zancudo, Aguablanca-Lomero and Toral Projects into production over the next couple of years", Denarius Metals.
Sorry but what do you expect diferent to happen in 2025 ?
See you in 2025
Summats brewing google showing down here is showing 23% up hmmmm
Nice to see denarius share price going up :)
I think that's what Myles used to say to Lawrence. :-) he was probably right :-)
As Del boy used to say "This time next years Rodders we'll be millionaires!"
Haven't seen one of those for a while!... Leaky leaky?
You have to ask what were these bonuses for ? obviously not performance related or they would have been giving shareholders money :-) If they were for passing a target like the MLA then what were the wages for ?
As you get older you realise these companies are a huge con that pay out money to people that simply don't earn it and leave shareholder with nothing to show for it.
As is often said. the only people ever to make money on these AIM failures are the directors whose main skill is to "direct" as much money as they can into their own pockets with wages, expenses, incentives and bonuses with targets set at ground level.
no one ever says, hang on you paid yourself x amount to incentivise yourself to get these too 10p..are you going to give the money back now theses are 2p ...lol no doubt the next scheme will be to incentivize yourself to get these to 5p ?....lol
Quite frankly what has gone on here is symptomatic of British industry across the board be it water companies who get huge bonuses for pumping raw sewage into rivers ,down to Government who can lose Billions of your money on PPE schemes with no accountability what so ever.
I am pleased the bonuses were paid in shares rather than in cash. Shed you are right the size of the new resource area is the main issue. It could be a multiple of what was in the previous PEA. This possibility, the MLA being granted and the possible take up of Option 2 with Denarius committed to giving EUZ $2 million and funding the PFS for the larger area is not in the EUZ SP. Yes, nothing is guaranteed but if in 2 years time all these targets are achieved then the SP will be a lot, lot higher unless there is an unforeseen catalyst to stop the progress.
Bricks whatever we think of the morality of share awards when PI's are so underwater the actual mechanics are correct as far as I can tell - 1.5m for the successful completion of the agreement and initial cash payment and 1.5m for the successful MLA application. Possibly you're reading it as a successful MLA being the awarding of a ML but it's the acceptance of the MLA that was in terms. I have mixed feelings but we should understand that all the work to date has been essential to making the MLA possible. Hopefully something soon on Antonina and the enlarged mining area, for me an important part of the Agreement.
"Aguablanca Mine set to reopen within a year, thanks to a 50% rights acquisition by Denarius Metals. A strategic move promising a return of 25 million euros and underground operations."
Denarius post just imagine when they say the toral mine is reopening nice to see denarius share price moving higher
Oh, silly me.
When Bricks or I or anyone else come to that, lose money here its our fault because we stupidly bought into this too early.
When Crisp buys in too early and loses 65% (so far) it doesn’t matter as its just a paper loss :-)
Well news for you crisp, it was a small paper loss for me to but that didn’t stop your holier than thou nonsense over the years …lol
Unbelievable
Grappa I take big stakes in AIM mining companies and all my EUZ shares are in my ISA and pension. I am actually retired. My average is 4.5p and so I am around 65% down but this is just a paper loss from profits made from EUA, RMM, HZM etc.
Myles now às 5% of EUZ so it is in his interest to get a higher SP going forward. Myles and co have spent too much on admin in my opinion over the years. However, this last year they have done what they needed to and if they can be granted the mining licence and a much increased mining area by December 2024 then all good.
Sheds….the RNS in Jan 23 clearly states on “ Successful Mining Licence Application for the Toral Project “ another 1,5 million share options….
Seems like he has pre empted this event and given himself 3 million shares.
I personally think the second 1.5 million should NOT have been awarded as the successful MLA is not a given….especially with no PFS.
They should for go the shares. We need a new agreement to base everything on performance
They were entitled to these as soon as the MLA was in, the first performance condition (option agreement) was effectively already met when they were passed last year. The time to object to this award was in 2022 but I agree it's still a pretty deplorable look given the SP.
Just when one thinks ..I’ve seen it all…..this must take the cake !!!
Performance milestones achieved! Wow, that was a low bar! 🤣
I hope this isn't your pension pot Chri5p as you seem to be backing EUZ and Denarius heavily. Always worth spreading your risk in a diverse portfolio.
