Good news! The recovery factors etc are actually in the scoping study - and actually slightly better than the ones I derived. Will rework this weekend and come back. Happy with that!

Listened to the podcast and they are both saying the same as we have all stated quite clearly. The assett is fantastic and is worth an awfull lot more than it currently is. However, the management have made a string of errors of which has seen the SP cut in half this week. In a bad market already it has made investors worried.

Let's hope they can rectify there errors and report correctly and positively in the future.

Thanks Oiltap - regarding your question about the area not included in the JORC - no I haven’t, but it’s definitely worth looking into. I’ll do some research over the weekend.

Spot on, all three of you. There's so much potential upside here but for the moment i'm guesstimating the present NPV at a conservative $180m. But my concern is the financing to take it a whole step further. Do they have enough to be able to put the finishing touches to the SS?

I agree Bobby. The asset and the share price are miles apart. Let’s keep this board rational, probing, and challenging in a good way. It’s in all our interests. Thanks Nisano.

Well done Nisano for pulling this back on topic. I agree that the approach here needs to be the potential value of the asset because thats what a buyout will be based on. To much time is spent analysing the daily SP which bears little relation to the potential asset value and is adversely effected by management decisions and short term funding questions neither of which will bother a potential buyer of the asset.

Nisano, have you tried to figure out how much of the asset in terms of area drilled is contained in the JORC verses not contained? the license area is 22000sqm and the block model looks small compared to the total license area - in other words there is a lot of further potential when they do step out drilling etc. I prefer them not to do it just now but to focus on the current JORC as the figures are plenty sufficient. But in any potential negotiation I would want to know likelihood of how big the cherry on the current JORC cake could be.

Nisano, many thanks for posting this.

You are correct - the NSR for Lundin is In the SS. I found it in an old RNS. They are the same value 1.5%.

Other relevant numbers such as Zinc $ Lead $ are also in the SS. A reduction in the ore mined due to process reductions is prudent. I based it on looking at various operations.

MC did say 500k per annum mined for 10 years.l and I too used that information in my model.

This is an initial value as there is more areas within the license 22000km yet to be explored.

I used an 8% discount rate in the NPV calcs.

A range as you have provided is better IMO.

My NPV estimate is within the range you have calculated.

I used a proportion of the silver credit to be streamed to build the mine.

Happy days! It’s a big number and only the start.

He doesnt need to be here while Bradley is being obnoxious for him..

Makes me laugh when he comes out with things like, "you were deramping" at 6p.....
Yes Brads and where are they now ? Its hardly deramping when it was spot on, thats just called calling as it is.
And there is you admitting you are a serial ramper....jeeeez we do get em here.
Let me explain the bleeding obvious to you
when i said the SS was being held back because it wasnt good enough to publish i was spot on. You dont hold back good news while the SP drops 50%. Its not deramping unless its all made up. I dont make things up, i just tell it as it is. As for me being several people here ? whats so surprising that more than one person thinks you are a waste of space :-)

NPV estimate...

I don’t tend to post here (tbh, the occasional childish behaviour has put me off), but the lack of scoping study data has frustrated me, so here goes...

I’ve tried to follow Oiltap’s NPV calculation advice - here’s an outline of what I’ve put into my model:

- 500k tonnes mined per year with 10 year mine life (source: Miles Campion proactive investor video)
- 6% Zinc, 4% Lead (assumed from Miles Campion’s comment on mining the high grade core outwards)
- 20% reduction during processing (assumed from looking at some typical mining recovery rates)
- $ rates for zinc and lead per the (infamous!) scoping study
- 15% zinc smelter fee; 5 % lead smelter fee (from various mining company accounts including CAML)
- 1.5% smelter royalties to Lundin AB (per scoping study)
- Spanish Corporation Tax at 25%
- Opex costs of $1000 per tonne (rough average I’ve seen from other company accounts)

I’ve modelled a few different scenarios at different discount, recovery grades and lower Zinc and Lead rates, and I get an NPV of between $180M-$230M. $200M was quoted on the Vox podcast today so I reckon I’m on the right track. How does this line up with your calcs Oiltap (or anyone else)?

Just to paraphrase Justsaying in a nutshell. The management's shite, LR is useless and incompetent and as a result the company's a dog. You're all a bunch of brown noses and you're going to lose your money. Now you've read it all. You can safely twit list him and move on.

Bobby i took the time to read through your post even when share price was at 0.6 you deramped and even 0.15 you still deramped. I never put money into shares i cant afford to lose never thats my number 1 rule. Unexpected tax bill or not ive always been able to pay my tax over the taxable year business or no business. Some robust interviewing - and some tough questions - good to see.

The asset has robust economics - which we will get to see for sure. The cat will be out of the bag.
