To think a major can emulate DISHs business model stance within a couple of months is unwise in the extreme for numerous reasons.
Far cheaper watching what happens perhaps taking DISH out at a premium.
The Dish future business model is not overly transparent yet in terms of where else it will go, fiscal generative additions etc, because all resources are concentrated on implementing the published model.

A buy out is not on the table at the moment. Brighton, London and roll out to the UK is though.

Just Eat are too busy buying electric mopeds for the future. I can see Trip Advisor investing into BigDish before trying to buy them out.

I did say a big company, maybe the likes of just eat or even Trip Advisor.

With there resources and contacts they would have no problems

emulating the performance in a couple of months.

I believe that the destiny of BigDish will certainly end up being with the likes of Trip Advisor bu5

there is no chance of that happening at this time because there is nothing of any substance to take-over.

A big company could replicate what Bigdish has achieved within a couple of months without the need to

splash cash on a buyout.

RTO.

RTO; until all the required IT integration is fully operational, doubtful, the company has enough on its plate in scaling up business as rapidly as possible, especially if a major partnership is to bring a chain, or several, of a 1000 or more clients on board in one fell swoop
If several such chains were announced in quick succession the sp would react with volatility.
Thats for the short term future,8/10 months; in reality we are looking forward to steady newsflow over the next few weeks .

Maybe just a matter of time before somebody with a few quid in their pocket would like to accelerate and expand or add. Reverse takeover perhaps, Potential is huge with so many options. I can only see growth for the coming years.

Wonder what would happen to the share price if Tripadvisor decided to invest in Dish?

Delayed trade
12 May '19
I think it was an ordinary delayed trade of 1mill and the second apparent trade is an error repeat of the first trade not an ISA trade (time)

Our director has done well over the years. Glad he's with us.
3. Senior management of Pouncer
Patrick Knight, Managing Director – UK
Patrick has founded three successful companies prior to Pouncer. The most recent being InSkin Media, a London
based advertising technology company which he founded in 2008. The company generated £24 million in sales in
2016 and now has over 100 staff across 6 global offices. Prior to InSkin Media, Patrick founded The Tone Group, a
Sydney based mobile ringtone subscription company that he sold to market leader Mobile Messenger in 2005,
becoming their CTO in the process. Mobile Messenger later sold out to Silverlake for more than US$160 million.
Prior to The Tone Group, Patrick founded Funnyfones.com, one of the first mobile ringtone companies in the world.

Eatigo raised $15.5 million dollars when it had 700 restaurants,I'm sure Bigdish has more than that when you take the Asian and UK business together.

Yep, been a few mentions recently from management of the company potentially going down the strategic investor route. Plenty of appetite out there for companies like DISH.

Just the start
10 May '19
I first bought in a small amount at about 4.5p post IPO. Watched it go up, bought a bit more, then watched it fall and fall as the momentum dried up.

Have topped up about 15 times since then between 1.5p to 2.4p range, and with increased confidence since Sanj joined. Dish is super transparent, easy to understand and the sp has been relatively predictable to rns. That's what I love about it.

More good news to come in a couple of weeks as Brighton and others get switched on. Then hopefully the big news of London. We also have nationwide and partnerships with chains or others to come. Basically for the foreseeable future we should just have positive momentum to come. If / when we get to a 50m cap that will be a game changer too as fund managers will start looking.

Even if we can get to the point of the market valuing dish as a baby Just Eat type story it could be worth hundreds of millions. My only concern is that it doesn't get snapped up too early by one of the big boys.

Not getting too carried away yet but sp today may well look ridiculously cheap in 12 months. Hope the rampers stay away as the organic growth through regular news will tell its own story.

Try reading the RNS alerts from Big Dish rather than my posts. They are official announcements. My posts, as well as everyone else's on this board and all the rest of the boards, are just opinions, views, predictions, likes, dislikes, ramps, deramps, etc, etc. T

The positive announcements of both 25th April and 8th May regarding new towns/cities and new territories have changed everything here and this is reflected in the improving share price.

Don't be foolish and started analyzing or picking or repeating or reposting other people's personal opinions. That is not needed. And don't try and blaame other posters for the share price

Shame.

It is a shame how some completely fail to understand how management works so make foolish statements.
Obviously unable to understand risk assessment or even how to make one.
