I have been with share for 4 or 5 years duing which time I have lost a packet but i will still miss it.The gold is still there but bad judgement by the various management teams has resulted in as far as I can see the loss of such potenial profit.Anyway best of luck to all investors and good sailing
Ven - from experience I can't see you getting that opportunity I'm afraid. I hope I'm wrong and you and a few others can recover some money, but this has all the hallmarks of AIM at its finest. Wish you and all holders the very best.
What happened to all the gold we have mined??
Can anyone recommend a broker that will deal on JSE for when the suspension is eventually listed. I just want to off load these now.
I believe the only way we will see something back here is if a buyer offers something for our shares before going private. ...how much that would be remains to be seen. My guess is that has been planned a long time ago.
Believe the water level chart.... At your own peril!. It has never reflected any truth as far as i can tell.
Hi I have a spread on CRND on a December contract. What happens, I am assuming it goes to 0 and Inpay the difference and then the margin deposit credited.
The water level is now at 171.32vmbs as of 12th.
The market cap of £5.5m is rong as the placing did not go ahead and the shares should read 299,833,285 NOT 1,371,261,851
luddite, you may be better doing it the other way around i.e. try and find an online South African based broker that will deal with UK based customers & transfer your shares to them from your existing nominee account etc HTH.
I doubt you'll find any directors in Guernsey, they're now all independent & no doubt based in their own offices. You'd probably have more impact by turning up on site in South Africa! For starters, you can ensure that you use your AGM votes to voice your opinion.
They are cancelling the AIM listing. Still suspended on the JSE (delist by Friday if they have their way). Is there really nothing we can do? Maybe a trip to Guernsey might just be worth it.
Another shite company
Like that’s the end then...
This company has a market cap of £5m ...... really ( yes I’m invested ) all its had for ages now is a hole full of water ......,, I’ve got one in my garden what a crock of 5hit
Winston270, can you please expand on how this might be done. I have been working for six months trying to get a UK broker to help me sell shares in a company that delisted from AIM but is still trading freely on the JSE. On the face of it I expected it be a bit of simple admin for the UK based broker to sort out but its turning into the Forsyth Saga and I am beginning to think that I may have to write it off completely. Initially I thought that my AIM listed shareholding would be recognised in Johanesburg as being mine and that I would probably get paid for the sale in Rand but so far we are miles away from the company even recognising my ownership. I would even accept my nominee holding being certificated then I could get a competant broker to deal with it but once delisted from AIM they have refused to help even with what I had hoped would be a simple task for them, obviously its not an easy matter to deal with. There is a procedure detailed on the internet but having read it I feel my broker is probably not intellectually capable enough to understand it.
Yes ok on vote , but we will see how many have bothered to vote. BUT the Big problem that have who scrutanices that vote as I have no trust for this company at all!!!
Unfortunately, it's probably too late for our votes to make any distance to the outcome, but we've at least go to try! Even if just for the 'middle finger' salute!
I would suggest these have been plotting for years and is now coming across as shambolick. My votes r in.
Whilst they're still listed on the JSE, shareholders are still fairly well protected & could still sell if trading suspension is lifted on that exchange. If they de-list off JSE as well & take the company private (which the BOD suggest they may be plotting.....) that may result in them being bound by even fewer rules & leaves them to pretty much do what they want. The water level hasn't been updated for nearly a month either..... CRND AGM this Friday
So we are no longer been diluted by a 1000% wippee, So what comes next?We all new de-listeing was comeing next week ,what's change here ? Dos anyone in this company have a clue what they are doing? Has anyone been sent for maths lessons yet? What a joke this company is!!!
I did not realise that we had a late RNS on Friday when I put that post out at 23.13pm all we can do now is wait and see what happens next.
Yes, 4 x MOU's where the board were trying to offload the CRND NV assets for $150 million & now our Chinese debtors & ex directors (Redstone) are now only valuing those assetts at $16.3 million. Yet they now come with a proven de-watering system, a much reduced water level, the acquired mine waste dumps and far more infrastructure including the concentrator circuit which was due to be up & running by Dec....... All that CRND shareholding have paid with consistent value damaging equity share issues. Looks like our debtors are now trying to takeover the assetts via the backdoor on the cheap by delisting..... interesting they're also de-listing before the date of the AGM on the 17th Nov
well said rosolanor 5k loss here myself what a story from 5 mou to nothing sad day lessons learnt
Im so sorry for everyone still holding shares on this company. I was a holder since 2011, 3k money, and i held for 6 years, last december i decided it was time to bail, i took 39 quid for my shares. I always had the hope they would re-start mining and turn around the company. I really hope the company will give whatever is left of it to the remaining shareholders. I trully feel for all of you guys. its a sad day :'(
