A similar response came from those who attended the AGM, which is positive. However, I think this will be a pump and dump, followed by a dead cat then a slow drift back down to 2.3-2.5p before news in the summer, i'll hold until then, don't have the balls to try and trade this!
I've actually been speaking to he company about this and specifically asked Andy Nunn about this and this was one of my concerns. I posted this in the #CLNR Twitter group on the 2nd June. "I Asked about cash position given some are peddling placing rumours (in late May) and Andy confirmed that they have sufficient cashflow to last until late Q4. Andy said there is no need to raise until much later in the year and this would be dependent on farm out discussions – absolutely no intention to raise cash at the moment but if someone comes along and wants to take a chunk of shares for a good price he would consider it. Andy advised cashburn is limited for now as most of the work relating to dataroom, CPR is now out of the way and summer months tend to be quiet in terms of operations. The regs make it difficult for Directors to buy shares outside of placings and in news pending periods – he said normally they would look to buy in either a placing or immediately after the annual report. BP well news is due any day now (it’s already much behind their original schedule) and if that’s good then it means the co would be in a stronger position – it’s also partly the reason they don’t want to agree to a deal now as if they do so and BP news is good it means they would have lost out so they are happy to wait a little longer. All in all, it’s now just a waiting game and Andy reiterated that, if they felt it appropriate they would close the data room at any point during the summer." Now some might disagree but you are free to contact the company and check this out. I've said it all before that I trust and have met Andy Nunn and Algy Cluff is also a man of integrity - They are waiting on Farm in discussions before deciding anything and that makes perfect sense. Might not suit everyone's agenda - especially those looking to get in cheaper! This could be in for a decent rise IMHO.
