Definition of 'Accredited Investor'
A US term, meaning an individual investor with a net worth of $1 million (or joint net worth with spouse), or who has made at least $200,000 in each of the prior two years (or joint income with spouse of at least $300,000), and who has a reasonable expectation of making at least the same amount the next year.
