LSL notes today's announcement from Zoopla Property Group PLC that it intends to proceed with an initial public offering on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. LSL confirms it intends to sell a proportion of its shares in Zoopla Property Group PLC in the offering, subject to valuation and finalisation of the arrangements for the offering
