Spudding OMM-1 Well

Indus Gas Limited (AIM: INDI.L), an oil & gas exploration and development company with assets in India, is pleased to announce the spudding of the OMM-1 well in Block RJ-ON/6 in the mid Indus basin, India.

The OMM-1 well is located within the SGL Field, approximately 1 km to the NE of the SGL -1 discovery well and approximately 1.4 km SW of the SGL-2 gas well. The OMM-1 well will initially target the Sanu formation (D2 sandstone). The ZJ40 rig is being used to drill the well, having recently been moved from the SSF-2 well location.
