Voting Rights Announcement

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules the Company notifies the market of the following:

Circle Holding's capital consists of 224,703,258 ordinary shares and a further 23,093,930 convertible shares, all of which carry voting rights.

However, shareholders should use only the number of ordinary shares, 224,703,258 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Circle Holdings under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
