mporium Group PLC (AIM: MPM), the mobile commerce specialist, announces that following the exercise of two options totalling 77,280 Ordinary Shares on 8th January 2016, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 470,209,800 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
