USA SALES UPDATE

ReGen Therapeutics Plc (AIM:RGT) are pleased to announce that the Company has received today a further order from Metagenics Inc. its distributor in the professional channel in the USA.

The Board are making this announcement in view of the fact that the USA is a key market for ReGen and the positive response by shareholders to the marketing information contained in the General Meeting Statement announced on the 7 December. The size of the order is covered by commercial confidentiality. It is however significant to ReGen as it confirms Metagenics continuing commitment to the future of Colostrinin™ based products. This emphasises the point we made in our General Meeting Statement about Metagenics planned relaunch in North America during 2010.
