SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC US$2.1 million AIS Orders Received

Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received additional new orders for its AIS products worth a total of US$2.1 million.

The orders have been received from various existing customers addressing markets around the world. The units are all expected to be delivered during the current financial year.

As at 13 July 2010, SRT's forward order book for products which are expected to be delivered in the current financial year was US$5.7 million.

Simon Tucker, SRT's Chief Executive Officer said: "We continue to work hard to support our customers through the continued development of new technologies and products as well as reliable delivery and support. These orders reflect the rapidly growing global AIS market. We are working with our customers to maximise the opportunities that their respective sales channels offer."
