The Directors of Schroder Global Real Estate Limited announce that, in light of the proposed scheme for liquidation announced by the Company in December 2015, the dividend ordinarily payable in the first quarter will not be paid.It is expected that a circular to shareholders with full details of the proposed scheme and convening the requisite shareholder meetings will be published in early March. If approved, the scheme would then become effective in May.
