Update re Dividend

As previously announced Weatherly is due to make a second and final distribution of Dundee Precious Metals Inc common shares to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 19 March 2010, pursuant to the disposal of Namibia Custom Smelters Pty Limited.

The Company is currently undertaking the necessary administrative processes to effect this distribution and a detailed announcement, including the timetable for this, will be made next week.
